I was in need of a single replacement ear bud. I got exactly what I was looking for at a fair price in a timely fashion.

Was a little bit nervous about ordering used products, but when I received my AirPods, they were surprisingly clean! They have worked just fine for the past 2 months, and I’m so glad I was able to find AirPods 2, since I don’t like the newer versions. Honestly, an amazing deal!

Joshua - one of the customer service reps - was incredible. He walked me through why the two pieces that i ordered may not be working. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I was able to fix one problem. The other one - i purchased the different generation of the charging case as we were advised by somebody else wrongly. Even if it is my mistake, return/replacement process was extremely smooth. I have sent back the devise already and new one is on the way to me. Joshua was just outstanding rep. Got a replacement AirPod from them, it was fairly priced, arrived fast, packaged well, and synced up and worked right away (and has continued working as good as an original several weeks later). Highly recommend!
