I bought a left bud2 pro galaxy earbud, but I incorrectly recieved a right ear bud. This was really dissapointing and I decided to return it and give recell exchange another chance. I bought a new ear bud and it was the correct one and seems to be genuine. I felt pretty unconfident in getting the correct one, but it eventually came and sounded great!

I have Galaxy Buds2 Pro’s and AirPods for my Samsung and iPhone respectively. Well while I was finishing up in the restroom a few days ago, my left Galaxy Bud fell out of my left ear and directly into the flushing toilet. I wasn’t mad but I didn’t want to have to buy a whole new pair or permanently have to use AirPod’s on a Samsung. So I ordered a replacement and it was said to get here Monday the 28th but it arrived on Saturday. The pairing of the two wasn’t too bad, just user error mainly. I will say when they were paired I initially thought the replacement wasn’t working but I realized it was quieter and for some reason I had to go into my Accessibility settings and change the sound balance to the point in the middle of the left and centered dots for it to sound centered. I also had to re-equalize my buds after getting the replacement and I realized the new bud had terrible bass quality for some reason, or maybe it was barely used and hasn’t been burned in properly. Either way I got it sounding right after boosting the bass in my equalizer (+4 31, +3 62, +2 125, +1 250, +0.5 500, 1k-16k 0)

Overall good. I received my airpod pro 1st gen in ALMOST perfect condition upon ordering under “good”. Left airpod has rattling noise and case has two visible dents. Other than that, all good.

I received my AirPod ear bud and it looks new. I didn’t see any scratches though it was listed a slightly used. Pairing instructions were included and made it easy. Works well. Thank you. 4 star because shipping was delayed.

Loved that I could get a replacement right ear bud for my pixel buds a series and it set up as expected (going by AI generated instructions). Just wish the price was a tad bit lower. I paid extra $5 for 2 day FedEx shipping and the total with taxes came to be $40 for just one ear bud; for context a used like new pixel buds a series on Amazon with the case and all accessories sells for $80.

Good pods case im so happy im able to find a accurate working case because the others are usually fake and not working and this is very affordable def will buy from them again if i lost any other apple items because they are expensive
