I would 100% use this service again, as well as suggest it to friends and family i was able to replace earbuds for 2 different sets,that would have normally cost be a couple hundred to replace ...and then to top it off, besides the amazing deal I got originally when I recived my package one of the earbuds wasn't working quite right ..not only was the return simple and fast but they refunded my account for the price of the problem earbud and STILL sent a replacement 🫨🫨🫨🫨🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 so happy ...turned out to be a great bday present too ...much appreciated guys you aced it in the customer service category 👍

Ordered a replacement AirPods 3 case. Had them for years, original case died. First replacement didn’t charge the AirPods just blinked orange. Was able to get a super easy exchange before even shipping the bad one back and voila, the new one works! Very happy and 1/2 the price of buying new from Apple.
