Very quick connection and nice audio but long shipping everything else is amazing though

Somewhat misleading that they still listed a product as available when it wasn’t, though they were quick to send me an email notifying of the problem and the refund process was incredibly quick and easy. The support team is fantastic.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first. Ordered a replacement bud 2 pro since I lost mine. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and it arrived on time. However. I was sent a broken one. Customer support was on top of it however, and they immedietely sent a replacement that works perfectly within 2 days free of charge.

Communication was good.

I received my order timely and without any fanfare. I followed the simple instructions to repair and all is working as expected.

Had a really hard time at first being able to connect ear phone to my phone and other ear phone and had a hard time reaching someone to help, but I finally did and they got me all hooked up! Thank you so much!

Product return was fast and convenient. But it also was a mistake of wrong product when shipped. I understand the airpod might be refurbished, but can still some glue yellow lines around the seal

It was great I had a little trouble getting it to work but luckily I got it to work wouldn't pair with my case for like a while but then in the Middle of the night I got it to work so it's a win now lol
