I had a great experience with your customer service today agent Joshua. I had ordered th wrong EarPod and needed to cancel and get the correct one. Not only did he hold the wrong order, he was able to get me in the right direction with gotta say with ease with his direction. He got me the correct pod I needed for my wife and refunded the difference.. Easy as that.. Thanks for the great customer service I will be a repeat customer and let others know about this service!

Better prices than eBay for replacement earbuds and the service seems to be better too. The earbud had no visible defect and came in the refurbished condition advertised. I ordered after midnight and my order was already shipped noon the next day. That allowed me to get them a day before they were estimated to arrive. If you're considering a purchase, you can make it without hesitation
