fitbit versa 4 was received in excellent condition
I received my fitbit versa 4 in excellent condition as stated. However, I haven't been able to use the Fitbit watch face from Recellexchange . Because, when I was installing the new fitbit face to my old band the connector of the watch band broke. Anyway, once I receive a new watch band and install the versa 4 fitbit face . I am hopeful it will all work together. Fingers crossed !

Finding what I needed right away was a relief. Losing a headphone is never fun. Then they contacted me via text shortly after ordering, confirming my order and letting me know they were there if I needed any help setting up. I got an email/text response every step of the way (packaging, delivery, arrival, etc). Delivery was fast and easy. Instructions for set up included and also easy. Fantastic customer service. Pristine product!
