Fix your camera program... Constantly saying that a receipt is blurry or not a full receipt. Fetch has no problems whatsoever reading the exact same receipts.

It's a terrible sight they don't give you hardly anything as it is and every time you turn around they rip you off for a blurred receipt that another site can see. Then they will tell you you have a duplicate receipt even though it's not. And you can't do anything about them cheating you that's all you get is whatever they give you. It takes so long to get the points to start with I would recommend fetch Receipt Hog is greedy.

I lost 60,000 points overnite a month ago. I have contacted this company numerous times email. Get a Pat response so y still have issue nothings done to fix it nor even hardly acknowledge it 10 msgs and a month later. I have received 3 payouts over the time I’ve been with this app. Now I’m being ripped off!

I have trouble when i download receipts..they say too faint, too blury, not a real receipt. At least once a week they dont want to give me points. So sick of it!!

I have been emailing you for 2 weeks to get my gift card code. It says it’s been sent but, I have nothing from you. I have a 40 dollar Amazon gift card owed to me but, I can’t get anyone to respond back to me. I have also tried texting and messaging from your app and I have also tried to resend my code to my email but still nothing. it’s very frustrating at this point. I've been using this app for years. In the past if I had a reason to reach out to customer support the response was fast. I've been trying to get assistance since 2/28/22 to get into my account. Responses take days & I'm not getting any assistance. If only there was a ph# to speak with someone. It's very frustrating & disappointing. Update: my issue was finally resolved!
