I had issues with logging into my account probably because I never finished verifying the account. After exchanging several emails with Julian, I was finally and to log in and start my receipt hog journey. Julian was very quick at responding and got me where I needed to be in no time! For the past month I have not been able to use my spins due to a bug. I had accumulated 29. I sent several emails and each response was “it’ll be fixed in the next update.” There has been at least one update before today in the last month and the bug hadn’t been fixed. So today I sent another email. Shout out to Julian! You rock! After a gruesome 9-10 hours, everything finally works! I’m able to login. The bug has been fixed and I was able to use my spins.

Julian was excellent. I have sent the same request several times and the correction I was given never worked. I was told there was an update coming that would correct the issue.
