You guys are got to be a joke I spent several thousand dollars and I almost have $5 and halfway there you're just a scam site like the rest of them

This site is extremely user and unfriendly and it makes it nearly impossible to submit receipts or link accounts in order to achieve any rewards. Complete waste of time!!

stay away waste if time an after all the time you spend there the payment doesn't work after a year I earned 10$ tried to redeem them the code they sent me for pay pal did not work so I tried the visa for my other 5$ I got the card but when I tried to use it no one would except it

If there were zero stars, I would give them that. Horrible company. Do not use this app. After a while they will close your account taking all your points away for which you have spent time to enter all your receipts. They will provide you very low points for those receipts and after they are done taking your personal info, they will block your account without even prior notice. Customer service is the worst of all. They cannot handle any tickets when a complaint is raised. Don't go for these frauds. Be aware. When it's time to pay, they will fraudulently disable your account without prior notice. Don't waste your precious time.

Der Support antwortet auch nach Wochen nicht (E-Mail gesendet am 24.05.2026!!!), also ersparen Sie mir die sinnlose Antwort, ich solle mich an den Support wenden. Leider muss auch ich bestätigen, was andere hier erwähnen: ‼️ Gescannte Kassenbelege werden entweder plötzlich nicht gewertet, weil sie angeblich zu alt oder nicht lesbar sind, obwohl sie beim Scannen absolut klar waren und tagesaktuell ‼️ Verknüpfung mit Amazon Konto nicht möglich. ‼️ Verknüpfung mit Lidl-Konto hat nicht die versprochenen 100 Coins gebracht, deshalb habe ich es wieder getrennt ‼️ eine Reklamation ist trotz vorgesehenen Buttons nicht möglich, obwohl es berechtigte/lesbare Kassenbons waren! ‼️ ein erneutes einlesen ist NATÜRLICH nicht möglich (warum eigentlich nicht, wenn´s doch vorher angeblich unlesbar war) ‼️ einige meiner Kassenbelege hängen seit Wochen offen in der Bearbeitung, obwohl maximal 7 Tage Bearbeitungszeit angegeben wird ‼️ ein support ist nicht existent. Weder in der App direkt (???!!!), noch als E-Mail an support(at)receipthogeu(dot)zen-desk(dot)com so wie es im App-Store vom Entwickler gefordert wurde. ‼️ Ich bekomme nirgends angezeigt, wieviele Belege ich pro Woche hochgeladen habe bzw. keine Warnung, wenn ich mein Limit von 20 voll habe. Also lade ich eine Quittung hoch und erfahre dann: ‼️ Coin-Receipt Threshold‼️ (Hoppla! Sie haben diese Woche bereits 20 Coin-Kassenbons hochgeladen, Jul 15-Jul 21. Leider kann dieser Kassenbon nicht erneut hochgeladen werden.) Ja dann unterbindet das Hochladen doch einfach mit einem Hinweis, dass das Pensum für diese Woche voll ist! Und natürlich darf ich den gerade eben gescannten Beleg nicht noch mal hochladen. Wo ist da die Logik? Er wurde nicht gezählt also darf ich ihn ja wohl auch nach Ablauf der Woche noch mal scannen!!! ‼️ Und obwohl heute eine neue Woche startet (ab dem 22.07.) und der „Ladebalken“ für hochgeladene Kassenbelege auf 0 steht, wurden wieder 2 Belege abgelehnt mit der Begründung „Coin-Receipt Threshold“ - DAFUQ?!? ‼️ Bei so schlechten Erfolgen und Fehlern dauert es Monate, um 5,-€ voll zu bekommen zur ersten Auszahlung

The app seemed to be working fine at first, but the last three times I have gone to Publix, which is my normal grocery store, the app has rejected receipts, saying they were invalid dates. The first two of those receipts had a streak down the printing on the paper so I guess they couldn’t make out that 2026 wasn’t 2025 like they thought in rejecting those two receipts. The next receipt which I just did on 7/12/2026 CLEARLY had a visible viable date yet the app rejected it. I sure as hell can’t get any points if all my receipts from my big purchases are not allowed on this cheapskate app but are rejected for bogus reasons. Way too much work to even get to earning the first five dollars worth of cashback. Especially recently with all this rejection of receipts. Don’t bother wasting your time with this worthless piece of trash.
