Quick to resolve the issue. Very prompt.

The Spins screen was offset and the handle couldn't be accessed. Sent an email about it and the response was that they were aware & the fix will be in the next software update. I wasn't aware of the new update until just now, but it did fix the issue and there is a new and improved look to the app. Very Happy!!

I generally love this app and have been using it for a few years. After the recent password format change, it logged me out and I wasn’t receiving the email codes to reset my password. Julian replied swiftly with a temp one and I was back in business. Always great customer service!

I had to restore my iPhone from a backup and was having problems accessing my account. The password I thought I used was no longer working and the 'reset password' link was not coming through to my e-mail even though I tried 4 or 5 times. The help desk was able to manually reset and get me back logged into the app. Thanks!
