Customer service is non existent. I have turned in two requests as the latest update wiped out my slots page. The page is not centered and I can only see the left half the machine, while the handle is on the right ( not visible at all). No one answers, even to say "Sorry"......

I go to way to much trouble for the lack of rewards. Other apps are WAY better payouts. Plus they always have convenient “errors” that are frequent with no pay out. Highly recommend other apps over this!!! I’ve had this app for the longest and earned less than both others that I’ve had for HALF the time!!!

DON'T SWITCH PHONES. Their crap server will not connect to your active account to merge your accumulated points or past receipts, and Support does not respond. It USED to be a great points building toward a nice $10 or $20 gift card. Now its junk

Absolute con I was on 2700 points which took me months to achieve then all of a sudden it would not let me log in to my account. I complained to them but they never reply. Stay Well away.

All was fine for a couple of years, earned many gift card. Then old receipts were popping up. These had been entered the day of purchase or the next. I never submitted old receipts. They told me problem in my end. Suggested I delete app and reinstall. Did that. Then when trying to retrieve gift card you have to hit SEND CODE. This is where they send you code by email. Seems there was never email sent to me. They could not understand and kept saying problem my end. Have iPad, does not get those problems. Told them BYE THAT THEY WERE NOT WORTH TROUBLE. This was an on going problem for like 3 weeks.

This is terrible, it tells you to scan receipts but it can't read them and if you shop at the same store it won't take them, it takes a year and about 1000 receipts to get $40, it sucks big time trying to get to $40 so I can delete it

Receipt Hog sucks. You get like 5 points for receipts and they are always declining current receipts saying they are not current. This happens even when the receipt is from the current day! This is the worst app out there. Do yourself a favor and get Fetch Rewards and rack up the points much faster for buying the brands you usually buy.

Not worth your time! they give about 0,0025$ per receipt, and about 1 out of 10 receipts actually works even if they're all eligible... Don't waste your precious time :)
