Scammers and thieves. They have my accounts linked. That allows them to get my receipts. Nevertheless, they take away you points alleging your account is inactive. How they dare to state your account is inactive while getting my receipts from linked accounts? Just another unscrupulous business.

I used to love this app but now I absolutely hate it! If I don’t get my $25 Visa Credit I’m deleting my account and uninstalling it and saying adios to their terrible service I’m getting. I waited since this past August 26 th to receive $25 Visa credit and I’m being given the run around. Of course I cussed them out because today is September 5th Eastern Standard Time 8:05pm and I still don’t have my $25 Visa credit. They then have the nerve to close my complaint case. I don’t get it. It’s like they’ve given up and stopped caring about their jobs and the people who sign up for their service or they’re picking favorites based on emails and names of customers and their gender smh 🤦‍♀️ I get better service at McDonalds

Been trying to cash out for a month the first cash out went fine recieved my Verification code verified my device everything was smooth now when I try to cash out for the second time I never receive verification code and the request call option never works so I decided that even though I cashed out the first time with the number on my account to try and change the phone number maybe it was something to do with the the number on my end but that was a headache also sent all the info got a email requesting the info again so I sent it again and this went on for about 7 times back and forth before they finally changed it I just recently sent another request to try and change the number again to another one so maybe I can finally cash out but this time they have not even responded they didn't even respond when I wrote to complain about the request call option not working but even though I'm pretty sure something is wrong on there end considering I have tried a couple numbers and still don't receive any codes but customer support hardly ever responds and when they do they are not help I just want the money I already put my time into earning

I've emailed customer service several times and no response. I was forced to change my password but the reset password function does not send an email or provide a code.

I WAS MADE TO UPDATE PASSWORD AND IT DID NOT WORK. I AM LOCKED OUT AND NO HELP!!!!

Worst received program ever I've contact them four or five times and never got back to me they never got credit for the people that I referred they don't respond at all next message I send I'm going to include the email that I sent to these people that support hog. I contacted them four or five times and they just don't respond or give me credit don't ever do a referral with this company they don't respond and they don't give you credit I contacted them last month and I still haven't heard from them. Fetch is excellent... No problems with fetch they're the best service out there I redeemed over $100 in gift cards

They are constantly rejecting my receipts. Any time I get close to the $40 card they constantly reject my receipts. I have requested an explanation but Leani never answers me . I wouldn't bother with this app The whole experience is frustrating. Almost every receipt I have to screenshot and email. Save yourself the frustration and look for another app

I just started with this app and didn't realize how hard it is to get just $5. 1000 coins for $5 and i have only 190 after spending over $500 and 6 receipts. Not worth the effort.
