I am very disappointed. I earned a $15 reward in a visa prepaid card which they claim was sent to my email . I couldn't find it and requested it to be resent. NOTHING. And when I try to request again it says there is a problem and to try again later. 👎👎👎

I’m so sick snd tired of no one there to help!!! I have not been able to login to my account for 2 days…. I’ve sent emails after emails.. they send a code snd it says not VALID !!!!!!!!!!! I will switch to fetch

I'm disappointed Hog the last bills I have from gas stations for the same amount are considered duplicates every time. Date payments are not checked at all as soon as they see the payment of $50 I get a duplicate message I am disappointed I rate this company very badly

Does not accept resturant receipts bonus rarely is a winner, when it does its for 5 coins. They have a long way to go to compete with like companies like Fetch and Receipt Jar. I am cashing out now that I finally hit the $5 cash out and won't be back.

I’ve had receipt hog for ages, I was almost at a reward, went to sign in & couldn’t reset password so I emailed, explained I’d been doing this for a long time & was told ‘Receipt Hog has made a business decision to cease operations within the UK in 2020 and focus instead on our US and Canadian operations. However, we truly appreciate your support all throughout the years that Receipt Hog has operated in the UK. I received no email telling me this doesn’t work for uk residents now, if the support was appreciated an email & the chance to gain the reward before cutting uk residents off would have been the right thing to do, this reply would have seemed more genuine. Disappointed in the attitude from receipt hog but not surprised.

I was only a few rewards away from getting a gift card and in the past week, the app keeps crashing. Can't even log in anymore

Honestly this is the WORSE app Ive ever come across..U snap receipts over n over 4what NOTHING..U earn spins n after a week if u dnt have what u got ges that means u dnt get anything I'll stick wit Fetch at least I've got enough points 2get gift cards or whatever wit y'all it wld take me months NO THANKS

The site cannot differentiate a clear receipt from fuzzy. Also took a ridiculous amount of time to achieve 6500 pts Translates to $40. 10 months!! If you feel your time is worth that, go for it. Otherwise save yor battery on your phone and dont take pictures and submit.
