I needed some tech support to resolve issues with logging in the app and I received a very prompt response and the issue got resolved very quickly.

I love this app now I love their customer service. My phone was stolen and I changed my number. Tried to cash out but couldn't because of the verification code they send. I reached out to them and a rep named Justin immediately sent me a response. He was so helpful and fixed every for me. Thanks again!

The customer service was great. I was impressed by how quickly they responded and shovel. She did my account details. Basically, I couldn’t access my old phone and had to update some new contact information in order for me to login and I didn’t want to mess up my account by creating a duplicate account or something along those lines so I followed the directions on what they needed for me Under there help/support tab. A representative got back to me right away I’d say within 24 hours and also fixed it the same day. I was very impressed by the turnaround time. Overall the app itself, has been great and very fun as it’s kind of nice to go back to the days. Where are you kept a file of paper receipts, but now you can just scan them in this app and you get rewarded on what you purchased anywhere it also helps if you ever need to find a receipt it’s there for you in their system or rather the app if you ever need to look for a receipt for proof to return an item merchandise you’ve purchased in the past. UPDATE: I clicked the link again and it worked. Thank you! I was so excited to be able to cash out for my Amazon card yesterday. The message in my email is as follows: “Follow the link and enter the security code to redeem your Amazon Gift Card.
