I've been working with bit.ly in combination with Short Menu on my Macs for years now and am relying on the experience to obfuscate e.g. downloadlinks or just make long links easier to share and remember. The best thing - I see when, who and how often the links get clicked =) With Rebrandly I can do that with my own domain and even synch them into bit.ly to have the whole analytics. Awesome experience and I just bought a domain for just 3$ per year and it worked within 30secs !!!

Excellent way to market yourself or your company properly, creating a unified URL to make it much easier for everyone to know all the various sites you are exposed in.
