Horrible shipping times and customer service
They said 1-2 days for shipping and handling...been a week still waiting for the package to ship. I reach to customer service, still waiting for reply (im on my second email). I ordered a cancellation. Their patches (bought before) are good, but so are other companies, more responsable

I have been a user of your patches for…
I have been a user of your patches for 3 year maybe more, I thought they were amazing, and they were, but your latest patch, they are a flop (07/15/23). The new patches do not stay stuck in Florida heat, within minutes of sweating they fall off, and there is nowhere you can go in Florida without sweating. I sure hope you can fix your product.

The new patches are too big!
The new patches are too big!! I feel like I'm wearing a miniature mouse pad. I loved being able to blend the old patches in with my clothes or bathing suits. The new patches don't stick good either. Why did you all change them. As a patch user of 3 years this might have been my last purchase.

Hello we are sad you did mot enjoy the upgrade. As a company with other plans we also wanted to enforce our brand on them. Best of luck to you. What's strange is on Amazon brands like Yetaim and Bytox are MUCH larger. Also Im sure yove heard of BRANDING the Rebound subsidiary has more products on the way and we wanted to brand out patched. Enjoy your other choices. Progress alwayS leaves a few jaded naturally. BTW these new patches are a ust a few mm larger.

I’ve used these patches for years but…
I’ve used these patches for years but there is a new design flaw, huge bulky patch that doesn’t stay on. When I emailed customer service to let them know of my dissatisfaction they offered no resolution and said good luck with a new brand. Poor experience from a company I’ve purchased from 30 times.

Hello we understand your problem with the new patches but just how would we fix it. These our our new patches. And they have our logo because of course we wish to strengthen our brand. All we said was then try another brand if you're not happy? How else could we have resolved this? Custom manufacture something just for you? While you may not like them hundreds within 2 weeks of release have responded to us very happy.

I LOVED the old ones they stuck to your skin and I received great results then I purchased the new one they didn’t stick to your skin fell off they are horrible I will not purchase them again.
