I would give this 0 stars if I could. I am so infuriated with this company. The dill looked nothing like the picture and the material is horrible, the doll is cheap it could definitely be purchased at Walmart. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner I am usually good about reading reviews and that kind of thing but I guess I dropped the ball because I was so excited to get my daughter the doll she wanted. They even had the nerve to have a “scan warning” on their website. Please do NOT buy from this company !

Now it's March 4th 2021 I get a email from trustpilot a response from this fake company saying if I'm not satisfied contact the company, I've talked to 3 people from the company and still can't get a refund, I sent the doll back to the return address that was on the package, and why can't I reply to the message, and I seen thier new add with that real baby, trying to say it's a doll.

If I could rate this Company as 0 I would - ordered a doll for my niece and when it turned up it was nothing like the website described, I contacted them via email and sent pictures of the doll and received the following email - Sorry to tell you We do not bear the shipping cost of return or exchange If you want to return an exchange or refund You have to bear the shipping cost of returning to China This is a big expense It's not good for you We recommend that you keep the goods At the same time we provide you with a compensation of 5 USD. Finally got $10 refund which can take between 7 - 25 business days to be refunded. Please do not order anything from this site it is a total scam!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We placed the order in December, said the shipping label has been printed, but not shipped. We called about 100 times, puts you on hold for 1 minute and then hangs up. We did manage to get through 4 times and was told we will be notified when ship. and would "notify a higher department". Speak broken English and very difficult to communicate. Finally gave up and contacted our credit card company. we are disputing the purchase. Today we received an email stating "Dear customer We have found out that all of your doll has been signed, please follow up in detail. You can go to the local post office to check If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us." I did go to USPS, unable to track, no record of delivery. MY ADVICE Dispute any purchase from Reborn Doll shop with your credit card company.

If I could do less than one star I would. This company WILL SCAM YOU so BE WARNED

Sehr enttäuscht. Die Puppen sind total klein. Dass sie nicht aussehen wie auf dem Bild, dachten wir uns, dafür sind sie noch wirklich hübsch. Aber wir haben 3 verschiedene Puppen bestellt und bekamen 2 gleiche und 1 mit einem eingedrückten Kopf, der sich auch nicht mehr zurückformen lässt. Als Entschuldigung bekommen wir 10 Euro Nachlass angeboten und bezahlt haben wir über 100. Das ist nicht okay.

DO NOT buy from this company!!!!! They sent the wrong doll twice and wouldn’t refund me. HORRIBLE a customer service. Don’t waste your money. Also took two months for dolls to Come

My daughter was so excited to order her twin dolls with the money she had saved. She paid $77.98. The pictures on the website looked adorable and she was counting down the days until they arrived. When they did, she burst in to tears. They are nothing like the description. I contacted them straight away and they said they’ll offer me a partial refund of $10 and we can keep the dolls! We don’t want the dolls, they are terrible quality! They said they’ll only give us a full refund if we pay to send them back which they told me would be very expensive! They have gone up to $48 now but I’m still fighting for the full refund. So upsetting for my daughter I’m really angry how they try and get away with this. How can they call themselves a business and why are they allowed to remain open when they are not selling what is described on the website?!!
