My daughter ordered a doll for me and had the same issues of others. The oops page not being able to see the original order. Then the long wait for delivery. Given a fed ex tracking but was delivered by mail. I am disputing with the bank and want to send back because it the fumes were so strong they made me sick. Had to put it in a bag outside. Cheap plastic and legs were difficult to put on. I couldnt imagine sending this to my grandaughter and having her open this with the fumes alone. I too wish we read the reviews.

Horrible horrible scam!! Do not buy from here. You will get garbage! Plastic ugly doll nothing like what you order! Will cost more to return then what you paid to purchase! You’ll never get your money back! Sooo extremely disappointed and wish I’d investigated more before purchasing, don’t make my mistake!

SCAM. I ordered twin dolls. I received one and it’s not even the doll I ordered. They asked me to send pictures of what I received. I did. They repeatedly offer me a $10 refund. After repeatedly questioning them on the other doll, they now say I didn’t order both dolls and after returning to their website to look at what I ordered it’s different. This doll doesn’t even look real and in fact is pretty scary looking. So disappointing for my granddaughter. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I really wish I had done my homework on this company. I had order 1 doll over a month ago, still have not heard from this company. This is all my granddaughter had asked for Xmas. What a let down. After looking at the reviews I can understand why this company is not replying to my texts. What a mistake this has been.

I ordered 2 different dolls for my twin girls for Christmas. Paid extra for full body silicone. I received 2 identical cloth and plastic dolls. I wanted to return them and get a refund. They keep giving me the run around in emails. The dolls are not real looking at all either. Total scam. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered them because they are all so true. They keep changing their company name too so be aware!!

Worst decision ever to order these dolls. We did not get what we ordered at all. I am beyond upset and after spending over $250 for two dolls with the upgraded silicone body they offered to refund me $10. 1 came with a silicone body but was supposed to have blond hair blue eyes and it had brown hair brown eyes. The other had a cloth body and the face didn’t look finished at all and I don’t know what the hair was made out of so upset.

If there was a negative star I would have chosen it! First of all the doll was not the one we ordered. Second it was not silicon like described more like plastic! Customer service will only refund $40 out of the $128 I spent! If I ship it back it will cost me at least $70!! Don’t waste your money!

Never purchase anything from these people they take your money and send you some totally different
