SHUT THEM DOWN NOW!!!!! I spent over $300 in good faith to buy 3 cute dolls for my Granddaughters's Christmas gifts. What I got could be entitled "The Bride(s) of Chucky". We have traded emails that are worthless. Their return emails are generic form letters and do not address any of the issues I have raised. Their products are shoddy rip offs of other people's dolls. These people are deceitful scammers who change their company name often to trick the public. As for my Granddaughters's Christmas, I would have had better luck dealing with the Grinch! Shut these people down. They are greedy, dishonest liars who purposely misrepresent their wares. They deserve a minus number instead of a 1 star rating.

MAKE SURE YOU PUT THEIR FULL NAME REBORN DOLLS SHOP.com so people can identify. Also, complain to Facebook that the company is using Facebook to solicit people for sales but customers are not recieving what they ordered. Get them off Facebook. Wee need to let Facebook know they are using different company names. Dam! Where was these reviews when I did my search before buying?  My story is just like everyone else's. Wrong doll, cloth body, wrong clothes and they will give me $20 and send me an outfit, I paid $127. for a $30. doll. The only way you can talk to them is by email. There are no phone numbers to call them and they are not in the USA. WE HAVE ALL BEEN DONE WRONG. Everyone who has wrote a review and future writers need to hit Facebook telling people that it's a scam. That's how they are making sells and their money. Ask your friends to share and make sure you mark it PUBLIC so everyone can read it. That's about all we can do.

I can confirm what everyone else on this site is saying about these crooks. I ordered a doll from the for my granddaughter for Christmas and did not see received anything from them until I complained and said I wanted to cancel my order. Then I was advised that I was too late they had already shipped my order. This was clearly a lie as I did not receive the package until three weeks later. What I did receive was a cheap piece of plastic crap. The limbs of the doll are all hollow made of cheap rubbery plastic that smells. The hair is falling out and the skin is yellowy-green tinted. On the website this doll looked beautiful and they claim that the time it takes to make is a lengthy because they are all hand done. This is also a lie. The hair is falling out and the clothes are extremely cheap. There is nothing about this doll that is handmade and they clearly copied someone else’s website. This doll is so cheap and smelly, I could not even donate it....t is going straight to the garbage. I paid through PayPal and I have advised them to add this company to a “do not pay” list. I know as a customer I would rather have the message that they do not deal with this company. They are crooks and they should be prosecuted or at the very least run out of business.

I had to give them 1 star, but they don't even deserve a star at ALL!!! Don't buy from this company. They are scamming. The dolls are not worth the money. Worst than that, there's no way of really getting a refund, or any real response at all, just repetitive emails. They are stealing from customers.

I ordered on 12/3/19 for Christmas present. I received it on 1/6/2020. They set me a totally different doll than I ordered. It was not as advertised. It is a cheap ugly doll! They want to give me a $10 refund and an doll outfit. This is not acceptable! I cannot give this awful doll to my grand daughter. Do Not Buy from them! It’s a scam!

I have nothing more to add than what has already been said. I wish I did my homework. They sent the wrong the doll that was very, very cheaply made. When I contacted them, they said I could return it for approximately $70 in shipping charges or they would refund me $35. It's a scam. Do not buy from reborndollshop.

I should have researched this company and I was ripped off soooo badly. They are selling dolls using pictures from other websites that sell genuine reborns. The smell from the toxic paint is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The people using these chemicals are at serious risk of death. NEVER purchase a doll from this company and they should not be able to sell dolls in this country.

Save your money for a real reborn. We ordered one and recieved an ordinary doll with a wig stuck on its head and pieces of glue to be seen. They present a beautiful reborn doll photos (as mentioned by other reviewers stolen photos) with cute teeth, blue eyes, beautifully painted but sent a doll with no teeth, half painted, brown eyes with a wig badly glued on its head. When you write an email and complain with attached photos, they seem to be just laughing in your face and sending ridiculous repetitive replies with no sense. In one of them they offered 10$ discount and a set of clothes, when you say it is unacceptable, you won't recieve any more answers. This is not a real reborn doll, this shop is a scam.
