Wish I could give this diabolical company zero stars! DO NOT go anywhere near this website, it is a complete scam! I bought a doll which looked nothing like the picture advertised on the site (little did I know). It cost me over a hundred pounds and they charged me $20 to have the thing shipped too! I asked for my money back from them and all I got was a stupid excuse so I just left it there because other people have tried and got nowhere so I didn't bother wasting anymore of my time with them. I asked my bank for help and they want proof that I've sent the item back, what a joke. I gave them clear evidence it's a scam and they want me to spend more money on it! The doll is hurrendous, it's made of cheap plastic, not silicone as was promised in the description. It looks nothing like the doll I paid for, it's definitely not worth over a hundred pounds! The company know this too, why should I have to send it back!? They are criminals, cheating people out of their money by using the pictures of artists doll creations to make you think you're getting a decent doll. They should be closed down! Like someone else said here, what can we do to stop them? I wish I knew how!

They are scammers. I ordered my doll April 11 20. The next day they sent me link stating my order had been shipped however the link which shows fedex is the deliverer , basically shows that just a label has been made. I cant get through via phone. After numerous emails and them telling me my order now in the USA however they did not provide a tracking. After asking them for proof of my order being in the USA and basically telling them they are lying and fraud they stop responding to my email.. so upset because im usually on point when ordering online before purchasing. This company needs to be STOP. What can we all do to make this happen

SCAM!!! Never received my package and my daughter was waiting every single day for over 3 weeks. She FIVE!! And bought clothes and everything for this doll and it doesn’t even exist!!! I’m so angry

I took one look and I could tell it was a scam. AND SILICONE VYNAL DOSENT EXIST. it just disgusts me that they scam

Hello everyone. Firstly, I’m so sorry to hear that all you guys have been through this too! My daughter saved up her money and we purchased a BOY FULL SILICONE for $195 (Australian Dollars). We received the doll today and my daughter was so excited to finally get her baby! We opened the box and yep it’s a girl!! With vinyl body!! And looks NOTHING like we ordered! How do these despicable scammers sleep at night??! Upsetting so many kids, it’s not right and not fair! My daughter is 9 so she took it pretty well BUT not the point, she saved for this special baby, named him, bought him baby clothes, blankets, the works! Poor thing but I can imagine if this happened to say a 4 or 5 year old, there would be so many tears and that breaks my heart too. After chatting to my daughter about what options we had next, she has decided to keep the doll and move on with it. Which I guess I was sort of ok with as I thought if I send the doll back, we may end up with no doll at all and no refund! We have learnt our lesson and will NEVER purchase or recommend these crooks to anyone!! I hope everyone got there refund or is ok and has come to terms with the doll they received. Best wishes to everyone.

How can we shut this company down they continue to steal everyone's money

THEY STOLE MY MONEY, AND NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER!!!!!!! I have reported this fraudulent company, my order shows shipping label created over 7 weeks ago, yet no movement on the package. Every time I contact them they tell me its on the way, and GodBless you. They are crooks, DO NOT give your business to these scammers, PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE. They took over $100 of my money, shame on them. They should shutdown.
