This is a SCAM BIG TIME!!!!!!! Ordered two for my girls, never received Email to confirm order, no way to track. Nothing about these dolls are as stated, eye lashes is a little strip glued on, no pacify or bottle was with dolls, mouth does not open. So save your money, this isn't a valid company, they are RIP OFF'S

We ordered my step daughter a doll on April 3,2020 and JUST FINALLY received a doll on July 23,2020. It was not the doll we ordered. And after many many emails with to them asking where the doll was all we were told was it was on it's way. Nobody could tell me where the doll was. Also much like other reviews the tracking site was useless. Each time a refund was asked for there was either no response or we were told there nothing that could be done. I am glad to have received the doll finally but better customer service and communication from the company would have gone a long way in the 4 month wait we had for the doll. Not to mention that when it finally did come the packaging looked like someone had jumped up and down on it. Very disappointed.

Do NOT buy from this site. If you receive any product it will be terrible quality. They steal images of dolls from actual artists. These people are predators of the lowest level.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter. I did not get the doll she wanted and the one I got was smashed flat, distorted mouth and loose arm. I did get a reply from them when I complained and all they said was that it was one of their dolls and they hope I understand. Oh I understand what a scam they are. I spent $99 and got junk to throw in the garbage. So sad! DO NOT BUY!!!

They take your money, have a third party pick it up, they will not respond to your email, no address, no phone number, 4 months later you receive this 5$, 9 inch plastic doll, Walmart special about 6$! The one you pick out the reborn that you think you are paying that 80$ for is not what you will get, Baslike, all of them after they get so many complaints, they just change their name! Again and again! They are back up the next day scamming people!

So we all agree this site is a scam, now how do we get siteS like PayPal to recognize this as well. I currently have a claim in with PayPal about my purchase with this “company”, but because these bogus soulless scammers are “claiming” they’ve sent a replacement PayPal thinks everything is ok. They(PayPal) are just as guilty now as far as I’m concerned.

It's a scam!!!!! I ordered a doll in March and have not received ANYTHING. I made a dispute with PayPal, and the company told me to remove my dispute and they would send the doll. Still have not received ANYTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I got my doll on time, but not wha I order, she’s not horrible but not a reborn. Please don’t order from this people, was stupid of me not to review them before I order it I did it after and find out the a real reborn is s very pricey doll, if you find it under 700 hundred is not real unless you buy a used one on eBay or from someone you know, please don’t fall with this company.. My doll look like somebody is learning the process of making them.. I paid 140 dollar, a real reborn are run from 700 and 1000💔
