BUYERS BEWARE
BUYERS BEWARE: This company refuses to refund for products they do NOT send. I ordered on 3/31/26. Received a shipping notification same day with USPS tracking. A week later, I had not received so I tracked the package. the package showed that Rebel never dropped the package off. It showed as a "pre-shipment" label. I contact Rebel, they claimed USPS tracking system must be broken. I gave it a couple more days no tracking. I went to the post office, they said "that package was never shipped" They told me I have to keep waiting. So I opened a dispute. Rebel got mad and said they would "refund me on the payment carriers last day to refund" which was TWENTY DAYS LATER than the purchase and ship date. 20 days! I waited. STILL NO REFUND on the 20th day. This place is a total scam. DO NOT BUY. I put the tracking number below. Go ahead and track it TODAY, you will still see never shipped. 4/21/26 and still no refund. So they lied to me not once but twice. No shipping. No refund. I have screenshots of all communication for proof if you want it, just go to the google review its all posted there.

Thank you for your feedback. We see this differently and want to share our side for others reading. Your order shipped within the handling time shown at checkout, and we provided USPS tracking the same day. Tracking can take a day or two to update, so we asked for a little patience before the estimated delivery date. When the package didn't scan, we told you we would refund the order if USPS showed no delivery by the estimated delivery date. Before that date arrived, a chargeback was opened. Once a chargeback is filed, the refund is handled through your bank rather than by us directly, so we let you know it would need to finalize through that process. You were fully refunded. We're sorry USPS mishandled this shipment. We did ship your order and we did refund you, and we're always happy to help any customer who reaches out to us directly.

Very nice underwear they have in their catalog, I have already bought several bras. The price is cheap but the shipping takes a while to arrive, but I still like it.

I wrote a previous review on the shipping issues but the company made it right and shipped out another product expedited to fix USPS issue. Very helpful and attentive. The products are also very nice and great quality
