I’ve only just gotten started with Rebel Health Alliance. I’m very happy with my initial conversation with my MD. He understands where I’m coming from and listeed to my values and biases in formulating our plan going forward.

Reading this 4.5, mostly satisfied overall. Three components to their program, which is physician lead nutritionist and cardiovascular and strength. Physician that I am linked to is excellent, great communicator, thorough knowledge, creative approach, and once again good background in detail, couldn’t be happier. Nutrition, good, some turnover, trying to find the ultimate value in this particular area is hard being a traveler and so forth, if I was Home, Retired, I could approach this probably more aggressively so less of a value for me. Strength and conditioning is also another tough one if you know what you’re doing. I’m a seasoned exercise person, knowing how to approach strength, cardiovascular, cross training, so the value for me once again is limited. Genetic testing was an additional area that was interesting. Had some good knowledge in findings. I’m not sure how we approached it to overall perspective, but did get value in learning about some of the DNA and genetics in my body. Overall, the physician is the most important thing for me and the staff supporting it is excellent, the other areas are a little bit more add-on features that I don’t get as much value out of. One gap is after hours and weekend response and care so this is a Monday through Friday business hours only program.

I paid a year in Advance. After getting no response from Revel Health from my requests -four times- I terminated my relationship and asked for the pro rated refund. My request was fair, as Rebel Health failed-four times. I have been ghosted by them. Not even the courtesy of a reply. "Concierge" my left foot. They took my money, never responded to medical questions, and now ghosted me.

After being told that I would no longer be seen as a patient in the traditional medicine world for refusing to take a prescription medication over trying life style changes, this was the best referral I have ever been given. I felt heard, understood, and my issues were thourougly investigated and causes found. Plans are being put in to place to change habbits, diet, and to teach me how my body works and what I need to do to be able to live a long active healthy life without prescription medications. While they may some day be a part of my life, I am being heard, supported, and guided down the path I want for my body and by health. Highly recommed RHA.

Be very careful about what you tell them if you ever wanna get Life Insurance. If you’re honest with them about your health in anyway, and it’s documented, it will be picked up and used heavily against you. They’re very expensive compared to other concierge doctors. A little too mainstream for me. Be careful also when you sign up, they put you on an automatic renewal. Luckily, I caught it and immediately put a stop to it. They shafted me with about $4500 of labs. I’m dealing with steel today. Labs that I got for less than $400 twice a year through Function health. And I’m not kidding. They did nothing about it. Insurance won’t pay for the labs they order. Overall dissatisfied.

Hi Steve - thanks for giving me a chance to explain how our service works 1) We never, EVER, send any of your health information to anyone unless you explicitly ask us in writing. When you requested us to send our entire file for insurance, we did. That your file contained information that was detrimental to your life insurance policy is unfortunate, but ultimately that is not our fault. I think we know where that fault lies. 2) We sell a subscription service that bills annually. It's in the agreements, its in the consultation call, and we send you multiple notices prior to renewal. Everyone has plenty of opportunity to cancel in advance, though most people renew. 3) Our blood work is extensive. It's far more extensive than Function's. And we know this because our Chief Medical Officer helped build out the Function labs and their review process. But he left Function and came to us to do real healthcare. We have thoughtfully negotiated whole sale cash pay pricing with lab companies that we pass on to you with zero mark up. When folks think they can get better pricing, and we practically beg you not to do this, they get screwed. You took our lab order and went off on your own and you ended up with a $4500 bill because of your deductible and other insurance bull crap (we don't deal with insurance at all). Insurance doesn't pay for our labs because we are using advanced tests which are forward looking and proactive, all about optimization, and outside of typical sick care. Had you followed our protocol, you'd have gotten the wholesale price, like 99% of everyone else in the program. Sorry you're leaving with such a bad taste in your mouth, Steve, but I am sincere when I say thank you for giving me this chance to explain things in detail to people! In short, we'll never send your health information to anyone at all unless you ask us in writing. We sell an annual membership that we give you plenty of warning about. Just met with an RHA nutritionist after receiving a diagnosis of "Kidney failure 3A." Wow, did she know her stuff. She knew the limitations of what I can and can't eat and what foods contain what amounts. This is so important because what I eat is one of the few factors I can control.
