Hi Jeff, Gary here from rebelger, it's true that your packet has been lost on the way by USPS and we really apologise about that. We would like everything to be perfect but it is true that we depend on carrier and sometimes a packet can be lost, that's why we sent it again straight away. I didn't think that you will take us as responsible that way and send us a such bad review but i can understand that you were not happy with the situation. Thanks

We have a fast shipping available at the store, you should tell us that you needed it or just add it to your order We always do our best to make our customers happy and take the full responsibility if a package get lost on the way, it's true that sometimes carrier can be delayed and normally customers contact us to find the best way to fix it quickly. Hi Joshua, Gary here from rebelger I apologise for the waiting time, your order has been done on august 7th and following our average shipping time you should have it or receive it very soon. Once we ship the packet it's true that if the mail company gets delay for any reason we depend of them and that's why we cannot guarantee 100% the shipping time but we will always take the responsibility of your order until the tracking turns to delivery. Hi Sara, I'm Gary from rebelger I'm a bit embarrassed with your review because of course we have nothing to see with AliExpress product quality but as well because I've checked our data base and we have no one from Colombia calling Sara that did order to our store.
