RebelgerReviews of rebelger.com

Well my order took forever to get delivered and then one of the rings had a stone missing from it so that ring is no good. This was not the worst of it. I discovered that a few rings I purchased for 39 dollars that you could buy from Ali Express for 2 dollars to 4 dollars. I was disappointed because I thought Rebelger was a good company with nice people. Before you buy any rings from Rebelger check Ali Express you will find the exact ring for a fraction of the cost. Still have not received my order after over a month of waiting. When I tried calling number on website multiple times, the call would just hang up. When someone finally answered my email all I got was an apology followed by a lie that it was on its way. Still two weeks later nothing, no product still has not been delivered.

Drop shipped products. I wouldn't bother buying anything off this website. Literally just marked up rings that are available for sale on Ali Express (Some are listed for under $2, marked up to 40USD on rebelger). Shipping takes about the same amount of time too. Why bother with this scammy website?

Sadly, very disappointed, lost a very important ring and the ring I saw with the company was the closest I could get to it. I was very excited but when I finally got it, there were flaws in the design, the details were done poorly and it was too big. Even worse when I contacted the company who didn't understand my email said they didn't do half sizes which wasn't what I said I said it was a half size bigger than expected, and there was a flat metal part that looked like a major flaw and the details made it look like a bad copy of a copy, the response was just "ring it's perfect." I was also told because I got the 20% discount there were no free returns and I would have to pay for it to go back to Spain myself and that would cost a lot, possibly more than the refund so I should just order more rings at $15...

Bit of a scam really. When you see what price the rings are advertised for on their website, and then you realise that the rings are actually only worth $2 each when you look on the Customers Declaration from the seller on the parcel; which is actually China. Seriously, don't bother with this scam artist. Buy direct from the seller, on websites such as Ali Express. Like a previous reviewer has said. The exact same rings I originally ordered from RebelGer are on there too, for a small fraction of the price. All you paying for really is the RebelGer presentation box that they come in.

Drop shipped from China and the markup is 10 times, at least, what you will pay on Ali Express. These rings are made in China. The person who made this website will take your order, at 10 times the cost you could order directly yourself, then place an order with their Chinese contact to ship you a £2 ring and put it in a 'Rebelger' box. You will pay £18 extra for a branded box that will go in the bin The rings are OK, just order directly Shipping from rebelger took over two weeks and I tracked it through various shipping companies from China to the UK Essentially this is a scam company

Ordered 7 weeks ago, zero updates, information, or help from owners. Personally, I don’t think my items were ever sent, and they just don’t care. 0/10, Strongly do not recommend.

So rude. Failed to deliver in time for Christmas. Ordered middle of November. Asked for a refund 3 times and was ignored. Was told I got the address wrong. When the package finally arrived it was that the address label had not printed half of my address. CEO Gary is so rude and arrogant. I'll never use this cowboy company again. Disgusting service and lack of empathy!
