RebelfrogfdtReviews of rebelfrogfdt.com

Delivery was somewhat late and delayed. Therefore the reason for 4 stars. The product rates 5 stars so far, but have not yet washed it. Thank you for offering such politically controversial “products” at this time!!

I still have not received my order and Rebel is passing the buck to the shipper. Which is an obscure shipper. The tracking number states that is was delivered on June 29th. However it was not. The tracking info states that is was delivered to PO but does not state what PO . When I showed the the tracking info to the post master he said they have not received it and that they don't receive packages the the time 9:12 am because they are not open at that time to receive packages. Now Rebel says it is out of their hands and that it is the shippers responsibility and I must collect from them. This is BS. Do not buy from this company unless you want a headache and lose your money

Ball cap was smashed flat. Shirt was not as expected and had no tag with origin, material, or washing instructions. I could not recommend this company. No return address, either.

I looked over the billing receipt and made the purchase. Then I noticed that I was charged more than the receipt from the credit card. I accessed the customer service explaining my situation and it was taken of.

They charged my PayPal $13 more than their invoice indicated. $40 merchandise. $9.90 ship. But then added $13.27 TAX 30% tax. !!!! I’d think that illegal Company in Hong Kong They are not affiliated w US National Parks - nothing goes to them Misleading & dishonest.

I ordered a product from rebelfrogfdt.com that was advertised as a specific, quality item. What I received was a cheap knockoff with poor materials and construction, clearly not matching the description or images on the site. When I requested a return and refund, I was not handled by RebelFrogFDT’s own support. Instead, I was redirected to support at quicksolve.vip, a domain that is already flagged as a scam by BBB Scam Tracker and other watchdogs. Their first offer was a laughable $4 refund. When I insisted on a proper resolution, they told me I had to return the item to their “warehouse in China” and send a photo of the shipping label showing their Chinese address. That story collapsed immediately when I looked at the package I actually received. The return address on the label was: **David/LC 3646 S. Wolcott Ave. Chicago, IL** Not China. Not a global warehouse. A U.S. address in Chicago. At the same time, I was given two conflicting tracking narratives: One from RebelFrogFDT saying the item came from Belgium. One from quicksolve.vip saying it came from China. Neither of these matches the physical evidence on the package. This is not a simple logistics mistake; it’s a coordinated deception designed to confuse buyers and make refunds impossible. If you’re considering buying from RebelFrogFDT: Be extremely cautious. Expect that your “support” may come from a suspicious third‑party domain (quicksolve.vip) rather than the brand itself. Be prepared to fight for even a basic refund, and to provide extensive documentation. I’ve reported this to the FTC, my state consumer protection office, and BBB Scam Tracker. Other buyers should be aware that this operation is selling counterfeit or grossly misrepresented products and using fake return requirements to block refunds.

The hat was great. The t-shirt sizes run small though, so it didn't fit.

I thought the delivery time after paying for th eproduct was excessive.
