Don't trust them/ and they don't like you.
I feel like their site is very deceiving. I ordered a product specifically because it said it would arrive the Thursday before Xmas. I finally received an email on Xmas eve that my product was getting ready to ship. Okay well.. let me take a look at what's going on....I see that all of a sudden it's a special order that can take 1-4 weeks to even ship. (I would have bought them for my GF even if I knew that to be fair). But that's not my point. The site is not only deceiving it is offensive! I'm sorry if rude people are always calling because of shipping issues but that makes me believe it isn't the customers fault. I even gave the benefit of the doubt thinking they were in another country... nope right up the coast. This was not a special order to my knowledge..if they were that wasn't made clear at all. Cool stuff.. not worth the wait.. but even then I wouldn't have made a stink but to see an ENTIRE page of how they don't want customers to act is just completely unprofessional. And for that alone I will not promote this company.
