Something is fishy with this site. I've had cashback canceled, or supposedly, the retailer refused to provide cash back on purchases from multiple online retailers despite providing them proof of transaction over two years. I have not had this issue with other cashback sites. I would suggest using another site to receive cashback on your transaction. You may get a lower cashback rate on an alternative site, but at least you'll get it rather than be strung along for months expecting cashback on your purchase only to be advised otherwise later.

Taking my cash back for inactivity is BS. No other site does it. I won't be using your site again. Reply: Sure, but companies that aren't underhanded provide emails, texts, etc ahead of time to warn of the inactivity fees to give customers a better chance to avoid them. RebatesMe did not do that. RebatesMe waited until it was too late for me to prevent it before letting me know about it occurring. It's slimy and not how most other companies, in your industry or otherwise, do business. Reply 2: You're lying and/or you didn't send it to the correct email. I just checked my registered email account and the last email I received from RebatesMe (prior to Aug 5, 2024 when I was notified about the inactivity fee) was sent in 2023. I've checked my inbox, trash and spam folders along with the dedicated folder in which I keep all my RebatesMe emails--it was nowhere to be found. I never received that email, so I have no idea how your system says that it was received, let alone read.

Poor cash back site. Shopping trips are not recorded properly. The one that are recorded shows pending for months. By that time sign-up bonus time expires. All this rules and procedures are to scam or deny cash back to customers.

I installed the app, when I shop remitly and was prompted f0r $8 cash back, but it was never stated in my rebatesme account. Is it a hoax? Also, how do I contact the customer service? There is no way to contact rebatesme customer service. I also never received the $30 first joined fee, but it said cahsed on my dashboard!

When i used my iphone, it doens’t track me. (Even though I turned on the function that tracks me) But funnily, when I used my galaxy tablet, it tracks me well. Hope you guys make the system well.

Hi! I was not able to place an Shein order via rebatesme.com. I tried several times but with no luck. Than I gave up and tried without using rebatesme, guess what, the shein order is placed succesfully! I thought there was some issue with my credit card! Rebatesme what are u upto? Because this is not it! If you cant cash back, please don't fool around. This happened several times but this time was too much for me! Guys just take rebatesme as a joke

I came to this site... Because the other cash back site... Didn't have any offers.. I earn 2 separate cash back offers.... And got an email to confirm.. Then shortly got another email saying the cash back was cancel This was a horrible 1st impression. You guys claim I cancel my order I did not... I will never use you again ..
