RebatesMe sure has problems giving you the cash back that you earn by using their site. More times than not you have to complain to them and send proof of purchase before you might get the cash back.

I had issues with the site, but after several complaints they honored the offer.

I just want to warn everyone here about signing up for rebatesme.com. They are a horrible company that did a bait and switch with me. Rebatesme.com is a cash back company that gives you cash back when you shop. They have an offer for sephora that if you sign up and your first purchase is sephora totaling over a certain amount you get back $20 bucks. I read the terms they have posted before I signed up. Of course, my cash back got canceled because according to them I use a gift card to make a purchase, which it was not mentioned on their when, I signed up. The consumer service rep gave me a list of terms and conditions and underneath it regarding use of gift cards was using a mobile device to make purchases will have your cash back rejected as well. What kind of BS is that? How many people use mobile devices to make purchases? This is just their way of rejecting as many people from getting this offer go thru. Update: The company gave me back $15 bucks instead of the $20 after I left this review. I changed the review to 3 stars since they gave me back some money. I still won't be using this company considering I didn't get the full amount. This is too much of a hassle, which the terms and conditions should be displayed fully when you first sign up instead of being buried within their site. Again the terms and conditions are ridiculous if you read it regarding using cell phone to make purchases is not allow. No thanks.

Some times the traps did not happen, it needs to improve.
