Bad customer service
My cash back bonus were cancelled several times without any reason. Each time when I communicated with customer service team, their attitude are very terrible. They won’t listen to customer’s opinion, just repeat same words like a machine. You don’t want to use a cash back website where they can cancel your bonus anytime. Ebates is much better than rebatesme!!!

Hi Lydia, apologies that I cannot look into your account directly here without your email associated with your RebatesMe account. I'm assuming that the bonus you may be talking about is the sign-up bonus. Those are available for new RebatesMe members, however, members must earn $10 in Qualified Cash Back within 365 days of signing up. If this is about another bonus please reach out to [email protected] with "ATTN TrustPilot" in the subject and I will look into the issue personally.
