RebatesMeReviews of rebatesme.com

Do not get scammed by this site. They deny legitimate cash back due without giving valid reasons. In my case though I had one order with multiple deliveries, they paid me only partly for the first order and rejected the cash back for the balance order. They also do not bother to reply to your complaints. After their reply did check the Account. Though full delivery is received more than a week ago, no cash back has been added confirming the fact that this is a scam site

Another horrible first time user experience. Am a very experienced cashback shopper and was rejected on my first time using the site and it was for a very substantial cashback amount ($50). I think they just offer a high % to reel you in knowing they will never pay out, like they’ve done with many other users based on their terrible feedback on alot of sites. Highly suggest using other sites for CB!

Last month I came across RebatesMe through Pennysavers because I'm subscribed to their newsletters and I thought this sounds like a very good program to use and just in time for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales to get great cash back on purchases. Also there was a $30 sign up bonus that was very appealing. So I signed up right away and made 2 orders in 2 consecutive days using Rebatesme. I was excited to see that Rebatesme was indeed offering more cash back than other cashback programs I used before. Using Rebatesme, I made 2 orders: One w/Vitacost and the other with Macys. For Vitacost, I was pleased to see my cash back showed up right away (the next day). I even got an email frm Rebatesme saying I earned $5.42 cash back. So was why I made my order w/Macy's the next day feeling good about this program working as it should. But then the very next day after that I noticed on my account that that $5.42 cash bk frm Vitacost became $0.00. That was strange and I didn't receive another email indicating why my cash back disappeared. I waited after the 7 days period before submitting an inquiry about it because at that time it was still $0.00, there's just got to be some mistake. So right now I'm waiting for Rebatesme to look into it. It's been 5 days since I submitted my inquiry. Then next I got another issue w/my Macy's purchase, that one took more than a few days to show up, and I would think that at least this one should work out for me, right? So wrong..to my disappointment, it's also not accurate. I spent a subtotal of $59.96 on that shopping trip, but my Rebatesme account says I only spent $29.98. Again I'm not sure why the cash back is missing there as well. I just submitted a cash back inquiry on that one too since it's also been 7 days since I made the purchase. So to sum it up, it seems to be more of a headache to use this program. I'm a 1st time user and already encountering issues on both my purchases and these are only my first time purchases with this program. Needless to say, what a terrible first impression. I'm very iffy on using this program again until Rebatesme can resolve both issues in regards to my purchases with Vitacost and Macys. As of right now, unless Rebatesme can resolve the issues to my satisfaction, I will not recommend this program to anyone else. 12/13/21 Update: I'm dropping another star now because the 2 inquiries that sent to Rebatesme to investigate on my orders from Vitacost and Macy's has both been rejected and the reasoning is "Order already credited." It seems that they have completely missed the point here. As I had said previously, both did credit me initially, but the order under Vitacost turned to $0.00 the next day and my Macy's order was an incorrect amount (less cash back for the actual amount I spent). This was the reason why I inquired about my cash back; was for Rebatesme to investigate and make the corrections to my account. Oh well, at this point, I'm never going to use Rebatesme anymore. It felt like a total scam to me unfortunately. It's my fault for trusting so easily without doing my own research about this company before using them and I did read concerning information about them after I placed my orders using the program. Never again. It's a good thing I didn't recommend this program to any of my friends or family or I'll never hear the end of it.

I was a first-time user of RebatesMe.com and used them to purchase a new iPhone from Visible.com. on July 2, 2021. At the time of order, RebatesMe promised a 10% cash back for new customers of Visible.com, which I was. After waiting the required 60 days from the date of purchase, my RebatesMe account still showed the cashback as pending. I then contacted RebatesMe support and was told that they were waiting for confirmation from Visible. I folloed up with RebatesMe on August 31st, Sept 4th, Sept. 15th, and finally on Sept 27th. Each time, RebatesMe told me they were waiting for confirmation from Visible and it would be a few more days. On Sept 29th, RebatesMe contacted me and told me that Visible had denied my cashback claim as I was not a New Customer. This is absurd. I have never used Visible service before and I was 100% a new customer. As the cashback offer is solely offered by RebatesMe, there is no way I can contest this with Visible, and RebatesMe has effectively washed their hands of my claim. They simply passed the buck to Visible knowing full well that it is a dead end to pursue my claim further. Well thanks to RebatesMe, I was denied a substantial cashback in the amount of $52.80. If you value your time, stick with a more reputable cashback merchant and avoid RebatesMe.

Site is very hard to follow. I had to contact via email many times to get straightened out.

Progress time takes a very long and does not make money.

I will never use this site again most difficult way of getting cash back I was supposed to get 23.00 cash back and $21.69 is showing on my account but I can only cash out for $16 and even that took over two months. I reached out to the customer service who at first reply seem concerned then after stop replying all together and did nothing about getting me my money. Terrible experience
