Trial Scam
I made the mistake of signing up for the trial of their subscription service, which they then make an absolute nightmare to cancel before you are charged. There is no reason I should need to contact customer service in order to cancel the subscription. Even when I did get in contact with their customer service and asked them to cancel, they asked me why I was canceling instead of actually canceling the subscription. This feels like a scam and if it isn't maybe they should rethink their model.

Money refund
I wanted to install a 7-day trial version where I had to enter my bank card details, for which the annual subscription of a password management service was deducted from my card. I feel cheated. I don't get answers to my emails. I'm still asking for a refund. It's certainly a good service, but I don't need it.

99% of people who "use" them never…
99% of people who "use" them never actually installed their software it was sneakily added with some other install for me it was with poweriso some other people got it when installing opera, cheatlabs or some other softwaree.

Charged for "free trial" then ignored by customer service
Unbelievably poor customer service. Charged me for the "free trial" as soon as I entered my details and have not responded to my many requests to refund me and cancel my subscription. There is no way of cancelling the free trial using the website/app/extension, which demonstrates their complete lack of integrity and morals.

Scheint sich ungefragt zu installieren - Finger weg! Habe grad meine Installationen überprüft: Auf keinem meiner PCs finde ich Reasonlabs und erhalte trotzdem eine Ankündigung für eine kostenpflichtige Verlängerung. Damit bleibt es mir suspekt.
