6th order never had an issue , top the line, on time every time

I ordered clothes for my son's birthday from here and the address needed to be updated. Instead of assisting me they gave me the runaround and refused to help me resolve the address change. After they got my money there was no customer service offered.

They sent me an empty box and when I complained about it, they basically said there is nothing they can do. Then they dismissed me. This is a scam website and your stuff doesn't come. This has happened to 4 of my friends now. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered four days ago and have received no shipping number or communication after trying to reach them through every provided means. I was fairly certain this was a legit brand and hopefully my stuff shows up but I’m kinda appalled at being treated this way by a business that I just gave a hundo to.

Yes I made an order. Like 8 items. Well one of the pants they sent me was too small. So I returned them and they charged me for the return even tho they messed up. On the return they gave an in store credit at which I used to buy a shirt. Upon delivery of my order I got a small pair of pants! Not a shirt! At which they refund or exchange with out me paying for it again! I've sent numerous emails and phone calls that they don't answer. Customer service is non existent. Go buy ur clothes at fashion nova. Not here!
