It was order #113164571 Because of unexpected heart surgery,I was unable to use until now ,but upon getting it out ,and wanting to connect to ,use with,my new Android phone ,I am told its obsolete!!! ,program not supported ect.!!! I am given an option to purchase a new model.AND am told since I purchased from "etrailer.com" they can,t help me they offer to sell me a new model That is why I am dis satisfied ,and will tell this to you. thanks for your time. Avoid this company at all costs. Product quality is inferior and they provide terrible customer service. They are happy to take your money but when you have a problem (and you will), forget about support or warranty, This company is very untrustworthy.
