Rip off company selling under various uk company names that don't exist. Poor quality plastic shoes that are supposed to be quality hand made leather. I paid by PayPal so got my money back. The shoes will be going to a charity. AVOID - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Horrendous experience. £20 to ship products back to china and not received refund over a month later. Avoid at all costs. When I asked to make a complaint they emailed me about something unrelated suggesting I try a bigger size

This company also trade under Lily & Rose London Also Jones & Sons (Manchester) And I'm sure many more? I have had exactly the same wording and the standard 15,30,50% discount offered from both sites at the same time to keep the items. Both the same company, both total cons based in China !!?? I have bought and fighting to send back a total of three items. My next port of call is my card payment insurance.

Hvis der står reamaze i mailen fra et firma, så være opmærksom på at det nok er scam. En fantastisk AI løsning på kundeservice for folk der ikke gider snakke med dig

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They pretend they are UK based but actually from China. We bought lamps from there and they are all of really bad quality and have chinese plugs - not what you expect from a company called 'lunara lights london'. I wish we had done better research of this company as we have now bought lamps we cannot return and we have lost that money.
