I have followed all the steps to retrieve my bonus and tried to withdraw available funds...but I have not received anything in my bank account and not even had an email from them to confirm my withdrawal!! It has been over two days now!!! Has anyone else had the same problem?

Was a good site but had a problem with a game well it's still on going I hit a bonus and the game just stopped working as soon as I hit the spin button and it's been the same for last 4 days now and contacted them through the app and no one has tried helping me they all just same the same thing try and refresh the game but told them I done all that I have even logged in and out of the app but nothing worked just keeps doing the same thing but every other game I play works perfectly just not the one I hit a bonus on seems abit strange to me 《scam》 so sent them screen recording of what it's doing and guess what reply I got try and refresh the game tried to up load the video here but not letting me

SCAM I won £500 bonus then deposited £10 as it says u can withdraw after you deposit. Then it makes u play your own money and only gives u £2 out of the bonus money scam dont waste your money u can’t withdraw the money after u deposit

Owned by the company ‘jackpotism’ so is a scam like the original website the company own, no real money is given and once deposited your free cash gets disabled so you can’t take it out then your ‘real’ cash gets swallowed and you need to deposit a silly amount more to unlock your free cash again
