SCAMMERS! Its been a very disappointing experience! I did email them asking if I have been scammed. I even received a reply stating they are not in business to scam people. Don't worry my product has been shipped and a tracking number will be arriving shortly.....seriously.....I've never heard of something so ridiculous! (shortly?? that was 2 months ago by the way!) Then I was told to be patient; because of the covid situation shipping is taking longer than usual. How DARE they blame "the covid situation" for something they never intended to ship in the first place. Don't be a victim of scammers! Never order anything from this place! There is a special place in hell for people like this!!

Agree!! TOTAL SCAM! I ordered directly from their web store and received a “receipt” with no indication of shipping. There is no customer service number to call and no responses to my 3 emails. And, no product.

This is a complete scam! 2 very very disappointed grandsons that traveled to gmas for early Christmas And these gifts never came. Total total scam

Total scam. In doing more research product costs almost 2x more than on other sites. I did not receive any responses to my emails nor did I ever receive my ordered product. Lesson learned in doing more research on a company before ordering.
