I ordered the Hovershot Floating Ball Shooting Game on 11/30/20. I received one email stating that my order was received and processing. $64.99 was immediately withdrawn from my account. I have not received my order. Also, no response from realvow after sending multiple emails. So disappointed!!! I’ll never order anything on line ever again. I will fight to get my money back!!!

No delivery or response... Calling bank and credit to report.. So sad during a time when people are hurting

I agree with everything written! I ordered and got an immediate response that my credit card was charged. I had a bad feeling and called my credit card company a few days later. I emailed realvow and got no response from them at all. I am sad that a toy I ordered for my son for Christmas is ok for them to scam people. That is the worst to punish regular families. Please look up before ordering anything from a FB add.

Horrendous customer service. No replies to several messages - no product no idea where it is or if its even coming. Calling my credit card company to deny charge

Ordered in October now December still have not recieved product no response to email either very disappointed

Total Scam. Never received any communication after my cc was immediately charged. No way to contact them and no product delivered

Ordered on Thanksgiving and states it's 'being prepared for shipping' still! Emailed. No response. SCAM!
