Agree with the rest this is a SCAM! Do not purchase! I placed an order at the beginning of December, one week prior to Christmas I sent an email checking on delivery. I received a condescending response “My Dear” please remember we are in covid and that my purchase has been shipped! I asked for a shipping number to track.. no response. Here it is Jan 5th still no product and no response from my numerous emails. Card was charged the same day as purchase.

Fraud. Received order after 42 days. The package arrived in an amazon box WITH an amazon slip. Their “return” policy states no returns 30 days AFTER order is placed. They purposely wait to ship the orders after 30 days so you can’t return. It is a tried and true SCAM. FRAUD. ironically my credit card info got stolen a week after I placed the order.

I also ordered the HoverShot for Christmas- it never arrived and I was unable to reach anyone from the company despite multiple attempts to email since I couldn't find a phone number for them. It was extremely disappointing that they would take advantage of people esp during this time when many have lost their jobs and wanted this special present for their child. So dishonest and sad!

SCAM. Placed order and they took their money in one day. After about 5 emails since 11/21, no toys, no communication and NO REFUND. Scum!

This was a huge disappointment! I ordered on November 2nd and wrote several e-mails. They answered the 1st 2 with a general letter stating that my order is specially being taken care of. After those e-mails and Christmas was over they stopped responding. I am going to my bamk to see if they can take action against these people,

I ordered hover shot as well. My Credit Card was charged $64.99 on 12/12/20. Still waiting for the product. My emails to them have gone unanswered.

I ordered two hover shot floating balls for my greatgrands on 12-14-2020 and they took my money from my credit card but sent no games! It is now 12-28-20 and they won’t even answer my questions ! I am going to report them!

This a rediculous Scam .I ordered the Hover Shot also for 64.99 December 10 and got comfirmation number and have not recieved any other response not items . some one need to have this looked into by commumication Bureau. and inact a class action sute to make them refund the money. I am disguested . I i'm in Maryland im going to checl with the Better Business Buereau in y area to see if they will investigate .to see if it's a legal company I think some one is interuppting all these replieswe send so the real company does not get them and find that someone has been using their companies name to scam money from people. im'm going to contact Real Vow myself. these replies are not going to the real Vow company
