I ordered this on December 4, 2020. Have not received it. The money was taken out of my credit card immediately, on December 4, 2020. Have emailed them to check on when I could expect it. Have not heard from them. Then I checked the company on line and saw all the other complaints about not getting the product and everyone calling it a scam!!

My husband purchased this game as a birthday gift. It was ordered in early December... did not come! We are trying to make contact, but no one responds. HORRIBLE Customer Service! DO NOT purchase anything from this fake site!

Ordered in November for XMas , still no toy and no feedback on whether it will be sent or money refunded....this is a scam

I wish I would have read the reviews on this product before purchasing. I, too, ordered this on 12/03/20 as Christmas presents for my grandkids. It is now 1/13/21 and after contacting the company, I still do not have the product. I will never order anything from them again or order off of Facebook.

I also have to join the many reviewers about the hover shot. I ordered it in December they charged my credit card, yet after contacting them twice, no response or merchandise. $99.99 wasted. Do Not Order from this company. You would think that after everything going on in the world right now a company would do this to so many people. Realvow also need to be taken off Facebook. How do you sleep at night!!!

I ordered the hovershot and my credit card was billed on 11/28/20. My order # 1124461. I still want it. Please ship it or contact me to tell me why you can't. Contact me asap.
