Extremely Disappointed – Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Ultimately Ghosted
Title: False Advertising and Terrible Experience with Realtygen I’m a real estate agent with over 18 years of experience, and I want to tell the truth about my bad experience with a company called Realtygen. I believe their advertising was completely false. When I first joined, their founders Jackson H. and Sean S. promised I would get 5 to 10 warm or hot leads every month. That never happened. I paid over $12,500 up front and spent $750 every month on ads for 5 months. That’s another $3,750 wasted, with no return. In over a year, I got less than 15 leads total. Many of them were useless. One was a flipper looking for off-market deals. One was a broker asking if I had clients who would overpay for homes. Only one was serious, but I lost them to another agent who charged a super low commission. They kept switching my account manager over and over. My first "luxury specialist" was Alexander P., and he was actually the best. We had weekly calls and follow-ups, but even with him I only got a few weak leads. After that, I was passed to Gary C., Michael, and then several other people I don’t even remember. Finally, I had Susan L., who was kind but got sick and then left the company. After she left, nobody reached out to me again. I messaged several times on Slack. The only people left in the chat are Jackson and Sean, and they even paused their notifications. I was completely ghosted. I asked for a refund in December, and Michael said to give them more time—they would “make it work.” I agreed, because I really wanted results, not just money back. But nothing improved. It’s been over a year, and all I got were broken promises. They said there would be weekly coaching. That didn’t happen. They said I would get real, high-quality leads. That didn’t happen. They said they had a system that works. It didn’t. This company did not deliver anything they promised. If you’re an agent thinking about signing up, please be careful. This is not what they make it sound like. Licensed Realtor (18+ years of experience)
