I’ve had dealings with Sean Sette when he had his Choclate Bar business in Reno, Nv. He’s not a nice person at all. He’s rude and very disrespectful and has a superiority complex. He tried to get me fired from my job by lying to my employer defaming my character because he didn’t get his way and talked down to me like I’m less than human. Everyone that I know who has dealt him have all said he is a real jerk. Not a good person at all. He was also nasty to my colleagues.

Last time I worked was July 2025
Last time I worked was July 2025, it's now end of October 2025 and I have still yet to receive my last pay. I believed in this company to the point I look and feel like a fool. Anything related with Jackson Horner or Sean Sette is unpromising and unreliable just don't. They needed my last little pay so bad, just go on and have it. Disappointed.

Avoid Realty Gen at all costs
Avoid Realty Gen at all costs. This company is a textbook scam operation. They lure you in with slick sales tactics, promising guaranteed results, verified leads, ongoing support, and a money-back guarantee if they don't deliver. Sounds great—until you pay them.
Once they got my $5,000, they did the bare minimum at the start—just enough to appear legitimate. Then the “support” disappeared, the lead flow dried up, and they stopped responding altogether. They cut off my access to the Slack channel and portal, and refused to honor their refund guarantee, despite their total failure to perform.
Their services were incomplete, unprofessional, and absolutely not what was advertised. It’s false advertising, a breach of contract, and intentional misrepresentation. They take your money and run. Period.
I’ve submitted a formal dispute to my bank and will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If you’re considering doing business with Realty Gen—don’t. They are running a sophisticated con that preys on professionals looking to grow their business. I don't know how they sleep at night. I'm on a chain of 300+ agents who have been harmed by them.

Guarantee Not Met/Honored
I entered into a written agreement with Realty Gen on January 2, 2025, which guaranteed delivery of 30+ qualified seller appointments over a six-month term. I paid $18,500 for this service with $3,500 being non-refundable.
At the conclusion of the agreement on July 2, 2025, Realty Gen had delivered only 21 appointments, well short of the contracted minimum. This fact is not in dispute, as both my own records and Realty Gen’s internal tracking confirm the shortfall.
Beyond the numeric shortfall, the quality of many of the leads was also poor. There were buyers, commercial, below agreed upon price range, no consistent ISA and many leads lacked genuine motivation to sell (motivation as clearly defined in my onboarding call). This was far below the standard described at the outset.
At the end of the term, I made multiple good faith attempts to resolve the matter directly:
I emailed Realty Gen several times requesting a refund.
I called the office and left messages.
I reached out through Slack, only to have my access removed without warning.
Despite these documented attempts, Realty Gen has not provided a refund or engaged in any meaningful dialogue to resolve the issue. The only response I have seen came indirectly through the Better Business Bureau after I filed a complaint, and even that reply did not address the fact that Realty Gen failed to meet its contractual guarantee but rather spewed false claims of me asking my bank for a charge back (not possible 6 months from a transaction, and I paid in full. I believe the intention was to make it look like they didn't receive payment, but I have receipts).
To be clear: the issue is both quantity and quality. Realty Gen did not meet its explicit guarantee of 30 appointments (delivering only 21), and the majority of those delivered did not reflect the standard of “qualified seller appointments” promised in the contract.
I have since filed formal complaints with the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs, the North Carolina Department of Justice Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission.
This review is intended to share my documented experience so that other business owners can make an informed decision.

WARNING – SCAM COMPANY
This company is a complete scam. They never fulfilled the services promised in our signed contract and have refused to provide the refund I am owed. I paid $7,500 upfront to get started, plus $2,500 per month for six months—and as of today, I am still waiting on the "exit review" they promised before issuing a refund.
They have now completely ghosted me—no replies to calls, emails, or Slack messages. I have been forced to involve my attorney.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT hire this company. They take your money, fail to deliver, and disappear.

They are a scammers
They terminated half of the ISAs, including myself, on the spot due to their own financial issues. They still owe me payment for 14 business days, yet they have paid me nothing. The owners, Sean S. and Jackson H., do not respond to emails.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with — they take people’s money and deny them their rights.
My advice: Do not work with them, and do not do business with them.
