This company overpromises and underdelivers on every single front. If you are looking for top-tier, exclusive real estate leads, look elsewhere—this is not the company for you.
The leads I received were completely bogus and comprised of people who weren't even looking to make a real estate transaction. In real estate, time is money, and every potential client discussion needs to be treated with absolute seriousness.
To make matters worse, the support team is shockingly unprofessional and refuses to take genuine concerns seriously. When I called to address these issues, the support representative actually laughed at me and hung up the phone. My expectations for a business partnership are high, but basic respect and valid lead quality should be the absolute bare minimum. Save your money and work with a reputable provider instead.

⭐ 1 STAR — REALTORS, BEWARE
I paid RealtorRelay $750 after being sold on receiving a consistent flow of qualified real estate leads.
Six months later, I had received FOUR leads total.
I’ve been in real estate for years and have purchased leads from multiple companies. I understand that no company can guarantee a closing. But I would NEVER knowingly pay $750 for four unqualified leads over six months.
I repeatedly contacted RealtorRelay about the lack of leads and gave them plenty of opportunity to make this right. I was repeatedly told more leads were coming. They weren't.
Then, when I asked for a refund because they had failed to deliver anything remotely close to what I believed I purchased, they refused.
To make matters worse, I cannot even locate a copy of the agreement in my RealtorRelay account, nor can I find where they ever provided me one.
I'm now having to fight through my bank to recover the $750.
My advice to other Realtors: DO NOT rely on sales promises. Get absolutely EVERYTHING in writing before giving this company your credit card. Screenshot the offer, promised lead volume, qualification requirements, refund terms, and save your contract.
Six months. Four leads. $750. No refund.
I would absolutely not recommend RealtorRelay.

Spam company.
Spam company.
UPDATE: I said spam company because they SPAM me. I get so many of these same texts. They are lying when they say there is no record of communication - I have screenshots I can provide Trustpilot from multiple occasions they spam texted me. It's always "hey do you want 20% referral leads" and they always just go for the $500 deposit and then leave you high and dry. Don't trust these companies. They also have no legal team. They are based in Bangladesh or something and pop up with a different name every other month. Check for yourself - where is the founder page? Team page? Who works there? Are the testimonials AI generated? If they believe in their product, why charge a fee to get started? I did not have a scam experience, but I did have a spam experience, which i'm happy to verify. But to the trustpilot team: please review this company as they may be operating illegally. Thanks.
Second update: An easy way to catch them in their own lie is to ask for the actual paper trail of me opting in to receiving multiple messages. Which I did not. There is also no records of a "peter james" or a "sam curran" working there. These are fake names, by fake people, who spam text a mass list.

We take every review seriously, however, after a thorough search of our records, we have no client, lead, contact, or outreach record associated with your name or this account.
RealtorRelay is a licensed real estate referral network operating across the United States. We do not engage in spam, and all our outreach is conducted through fully compliant, opt-in channels under applicable U.S. marketing laws.
This review appears to be false, fabricated, and deliberately misleading, posted with no transactional or factual basis whatsoever. Submitting a fraudulent review with the intent to damage a business's reputation is not protected speech, it is actionable defamation.
We have documented this review and are escalating it to our legal team. We will also be filing a formal dispute with Trustpilot to have this removed as a violation of their review integrity policy.

Realtor Relay has been pretty awful
Realtor Relay has been pretty awful! When I purchased the service I was assured qualified leads would be provided. The 4 leads I received ALL year had not an idea they were even interested in real estate. My attempts to rectify and demand my funds back are often met with "there is a lead in the que now" or "give us two more weeks".
As a former Zillow employee with a large turnover rate this company is a joke. Please save your money as I am having to fight for mine due to lack of services promised!

We dispute the claims made in this review.
Your refund request is actively in process and being handled according to our membership agreement, the same process every member goes through. Posting a public review while that process is still underway, rather than allowing it to be resolved through the proper channel, is not a fair or professional way to handle an open dispute.
We have sent leads to your account as agreed, and any concerns about lead quality are part of what's currently under review. Jumping to a public review instead of waiting for that process to conclude does not reflect well on either party.

These guys are a TOTAL LIARS!
These guys are a TOTAL LIARS!
They make promises of sending lead, but they do not.
I got three bogus leads in six months.
I contacted them and explained the issues and they did nothing but make empty promises.
I have been in a realtor for 22 years and they are one of the worst "Lead" companies I have worked with.
I have all the proof to show, but I can't attach it in this forum.
DO NOT pay them anything you will lose your money!

We dispute the claims made in this review, and we will not let them stand unchallenged.
Calling our company "liars" is a serious accusation, and one our documented records directly contradict. Our CRM logs confirm that 3 leads were delivered to this account during the membership term, each with a full timestamp on file, this is documented fact, not a matter of opinion or recollection.
The claim of having "proof" that conveniently cannot be shown is a familiar pattern, and we would welcome it being submitted through any formal, verifiable channel, because our own records are open to that same scrutiny.
With 22 years in this industry, this reviewer is well aware that lead generation services deliver leads, not guaranteed sales, a distinction that does not change based on a single client's dissatisfaction with outcomes.
RealtorRelay stands fully behind the accuracy of our records and the integrity of our service. We take misrepresentation seriously, and we encourage anyone reading this to evaluate our service on documented facts rather than a single unverified account.

Trademark Infringement
As a dues-paying member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and a proud Realtor of 20+ years, I have, at the very least, a general knowledge of the use of the Realtor trademark. Consistant with basic trademark law, I know that I am NOT allowed to use this term in my business name. I would cautiously approach any business that is using our trademarked term to solicit money from Realtors - they are not a licensed Realtor product/company. Many of my Realtor friends received a solicitation and have reported this company to NAR.
Although I do not doubt that this is a legitimate effort at a budding referral company, I feel they're off to a very rocky beginning that could jeopardize their ability to fulfill contractural obligations to their subscribers. I hope RealtorRelay.com changes their misleading branding and is able to offer a viable product in our industry.
From the NAR website: The term REALTOR® may not be used with descriptive words or phrases. For example, Number1realtor.com, numberone-realtor.com, chicagorealtors.org, or realtorproperties.com are all incorrect.
The term REALTOR® should never be used to denote an occupation or business. For example, JaneDoeMyRealtor.com and YourChicagoRealtorJohnDoe.com are all examples of improper use.

Scam company they promise services that…
Scam company they promise services that they can't provide. Nick Ramondi the sales person told me he had leads ready to go and he was just looking for a realtor Lies. If you sign up with them and they don't deliver and being that you paid through their website they will try to enforce a no refund clause. Do not sign up with them save your time and money.

Mr. Mitchell,
We take feedback seriously, but we strongly dispute the claims made in this review as they do not accurately reflect the facts of your engagement with our company.
For transparency, you enrolled in our Discovery Plan on February 25, which is explicitly defined as a non-refundable, one-month validation plan. This was clearly outlined in the agreement you reviewed and signed prior to onboarding.
As per our commitment, we began service delivery and provided you with a lead on March 2. The remaining deliverables were in progress; however, before completion, you chose to dispute the service and issue warnings.
Despite the fact that the plan is non-refundable and all terms were agreed upon in advance, we still proceeded with issuing a refund as a gesture of goodwill and professionalism, even though we were under no contractual obligation to do so.
We maintain full documentation of the agreement, communication records, and service activity to support our position. Our company operates with transparency and integrity, and we are committed to delivering value to our clients through clearly defined terms and mutual cooperation.
We respectfully ask readers to consider that successful outcomes in any service-based business require collaboration and engagement from both parties.
If you have any further concerns, we remain open to discussing them directly and professionally.
Sincerely,
RealtorRelay LLC

BEWARE
BEWARE! Ben from Realtor Relay sends out SPAM solicitation texts despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list, reporting them to the FTC. Their address in Katy, TX also shows up as a Trader Joe's grocery store, BEWARE!

Hello Stop Spam,
We have seen your profile, and it appears that you post reviews randomly. Simply receiving a text from any company and immediately posting a public review is not responsible and can unfairly damage a company’s reputation and affect its business.
After reviewing the text you received, we found that it was mistakenly sent by one of our sales executives acting on his own. We have taken strict action against him to ensure such incidents do not happen again. While we take full responsibility for this isolated mistake, posting this review has a very negative impact on our business and reputation.
RealtorRelay strictly follows all federal regulations, including the Federal Do Not Call and Do Not Contact lists. We do not send unsolicited messages to anyone who has opted out, and we take complaints regarding communications very seriously.
Regarding the Katy, TX address mentioned: our office is registered at a coworking business location, which may be shared with other businesses for mail handling purposes. This is a legitimate business address. In fact, anyone is welcome to visit us there.
We remain committed to transparency, compliance, and delivering professional services to all our clients. If you believe you received an unintended message from us, please contact our support team directly at [email protected] or +1 (346) 214-6333, and we will investigate immediately.
Thank you,
RealtorRelay LLC
