If I could give zero stars I would. I have spent hours taking pictures of the pants and filling out order return details and trying to reach someone in customer service. They said the pants has to be in the original packaging which was a plastic bag you have to rip open to get the pants out to try on! They were tiny at the waist and a size L! This company is a scam!!!

Pants sizing is horrible spent over $300 just on 3 pants.Quailty is horrible as well cheap china fabric not worth it and not to mention it’s all from China so when you return it the shipping cost is almost as much as you paid for it!! Save your money and go somewhere else

Do not buy from this store. I purchased nine pairs of pants from Realtakai.com and only received six pairs. When I inquired about the missing items, they promised to send another shipment without explaining the issue. As of now, the remaining items have not been delivered. Their shipping process is inefficient, as sending items separately increases costs unnecessarily. The main issue, however, is their sizing. I ordered XL pants, which according to their size chart, should fit a waistline between 35 and 38 inches. One of the delivered pants was only 30 inches, while the others were 34 inches, fitting me perfectly. I emailed them with pictures proving the discrepancy, but their response was that the general sizing chart is only a reference and customers should refer to the model's fitting. This is absurd because the other pants fit correctly. The size difference was 4 inches (10.16 cm), far exceeding their stated margin of 1-3 cm. This is inexcusable. I requested a replacement or refund, and they agreed to a refund but required me to return the item and pay the shipping fee. The shipping cost was nearly the same as the item's price, making the return process unreasonable. Beware of shopping with Realtakai.com. Their customer service and logistics are poor, and their sizing is inconsistent. Save yourself the trouble and consider other stores before making a purchase.

Terrible quality jeans, I bought the RT NO. 5143 WIDE STRAIGHT JEANS which I waited over a month to arrive and the first time I put them on the button broke because it was some terrible plastic material. Would not recommend buying from Real Takai to anyone.

Item stated delivered. Never delivered. Contacted customer support; recommended I contact their courier service they provide then re routed back to RT and now in a circle. Instead of rectifying situation it seems RT is more willing to lose clients versus providing solutions so clients come back. Will not recommend and will be providing said review on platforms due to inadequacy and incompetence/lack of customer concern.

I HAD ORDERED JEANS PANT FROM HERE FOR CAD80+. The pants was perfect for my size, waist fit, baggy on the low. But it felt cheaper than it looked, the color was different from the photo shown, the design was a little different too, the zipper used feels really cheap. The side zipper doesn't even work properly. But the thing is tried it on, and as i sat down to put my socks, the pants tore in the middle. No hard pressure applied, just normally sat down and IT TORE. When I told them what happened, they said, they cannot replace the product because it was not Real Takai's fault the pants tore. But make it make sense. It is a denim pant. How if it was not loosely stitched would it tear so easily? But the customer service representative does not even read what I tell them. They said they would give a 20% refund if i cant return it or a full refund minus 5% to return it. And the brand is based on china; so they said, I am responsible for the shipping cost too. So either way i will lose like $30-40 for absolutely so reason. And they don't care about it. I have been talking to them for 4 days now. They reply once a day and don't care. I had real high hopes. Dont buy their pants. I repeat dont get pants from here. The jacket is nice tho. Good built but skeptical on the zippers they use. Thank you

-Awful shipping management - Customer support is useless and just spams the same message over and over - No help - No number to call -Staff is takes as long to get back to you like their shipment -My Package is either still in process according to there “5-10” or shipping according to “5-10” days it’s been over 27 days and I have yet to Receive anything. Horribly run and poor management m.

So I ordered a baseball varsity jk on December 28th. The thing has not even shipped and I’m still waiting Feb 10th almost 2 months. I haven’t received a tracking number too. Edit:I used a gift card…so from where the money is coming back?
