Hi There, As mentioned during the several chats you had with us on our website, you must start by giving us a new blockchain address, which you currently refuse to do. Once you give us your new blockchain address, we will be able to transfer your assets to it. Once done, you will be able to sell your RealTokens and get your money back. RealT Team

Hi Axel, We are sorry to hear that you find selling your RealTokens difficult. We can understand 10 days and 2000$ per week can be long and/or not enough but when you sell your RealTokens directly to us and in order to remain perfectly compliant, we unfortunately have to follow different manual processes which require time. You can however easily bypass this limit by using the YAM (You And Me) our Peer to Peer exchange platform. This way, you will be able to create offers at your own convenience and other users can buy them. As soon as someone buys your RealTokens, you receive the funds. We hope this helps. RealT Team
