Be cautious! Scam company.
Be cautious. Our company was contacted by Real Reviews claiming customers had left reviews for us on their platform. After looking into it, we discovered that many of the reviews on their site were actually recycled from our Trustpilot page with dates altered to make them appear recent. This seems like a misleading tactic to get businesses to pay to "claim" their profiles. Additionally, their own Trustpilot page shows only glowing 5-star reviews, but most of those reviewers have only ever posted a single review, which raises red flags. It’s important that other businesses are aware of this behavior before engaging with them.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We take all feedback seriously. Just to clarify, business profiles on Real Reviews appear automatically when users leave reviews — businesses aren’t manually added. All reviews are user-generated, and we don’t intentionally change dates or content. That said, we’re happy to check any specific reviews you’re concerned about and make sure everything is accurate. If you’d like us to review any particular entries, please feel free to reach out to us directly by email at [email protected]
