Hi there,
We’ve sent you an Information Share Request so we can look into the details of your experience and identify any associated order.
However, there appears to be an important discrepancy here: this review was posted from New Zealand, while we currently ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Based on the information available to us, it is therefore possible that you may have interacted with a different business or website. We would be happy to investigate further once you provide the requested information so we can clarify what happened.
We take claims of this nature seriously and encourage you to respond to our Information Share Request so we can verify the situation.

UNTESTED peptides!!
All that I can say is that they are NOT testing your batch of peptides!!! Buyer beware!! First of all, their pricing is a scam. They overprice, and then constantly run 50% off sales which bring their pricing down to industry standards. This slimy marketing aside, I purchased multiple hundreds of dollars worth of peptides from them. One of the products was marketed as KLOW, but the vial was mislabled. While it had the name KLOW, it listed the three peptides that make up GLOW (a cheaper stack). So naturally I decided to look up the lab test. Their vials are not batched!!! That is NOT A TYPE-O!!! They have no batch numbers on their vials!!! Not that it matters, because if you look up their COA lab reports, they have "Batch Number" listed as "N/A" !!!!!!!!!
NEVER, EVER, EVER, buy peptides that have not been 3-rd party tested BY BATCH!!!
When I tried to call the "customer service" telephone, it rings to a personal cell phone that is not answered. I left a message and got no return call.
I sent an email, which became a several email exchange, and the answer was essentially "Thank you fro bringing the mislabel to our attention. The contents are actually KLOW we apparently just left the KPV off of the label." When I said that I want proof, that there is KPV in the vial, none could be provided, again, because they do not verify the contents of their vials with a 3-rd party lab!!!
In the end they offered to allow me to return the alleged "KLOW" but not the other half dozen peptides that I purchased - all are trash.
Spending insane amounts of money for unknown products is bad enough in the general marketplace, but with research peptides, you are injecting unknown substances into your body !!! Buyer beware
*********************************************
(update and reply: the issue is not about money - it never was. The issue is about the fact that this vendor DOES NOT 3-rd party test their peptides. The reply states that they were willing to compensate and that I requested further compensation. It is true that I thought it odd that they offered to refund one of the peptides but not the entire order. But after all, as the original review states THEY DO NOT TEST THEIR PEPTIDES. Why would I want to keep ANY of them??Again, there are NO LOT NUMBERS on the peptides, and the COA states "N/A" for batch number!! This means that THEY ARE NOT TESTING YOUR BATCH OF PEPTIDES!! Buyer Beware - DO NOT inject unknown and unverified substances into your body!!

Hi there,
We’re happy to address the concerns raised here, but we also believe the full context matters.
When you contacted us about the labeling issue, we acknowledged it and offered to have the affected vials returned so they could be further investigated and tested. You declined that resolution and instead continued requesting additional compensation.
We cannot provide a test result for a specific vial that we were never given the opportunity to examine. That is precisely why we offered to have the affected product returned for further testing.
We take product and labeling concerns seriously, and mistakes should absolutely be brought to our attention. But it is equally important to present the entire interaction accurately rather than suggesting that we simply refused to address the issue.
If you would still like the affected vials investigated, we remain willing to do so through the appropriate process. We stand by our commitment to addressing legitimate concerns fairly and transparently.

Not trustworthy
I’ve bought peptides before, but when I received these cheap ones, likely from China, the lack of professional and appropriate packaging completely disoriented me. I couldn’t trust them. Moreover, their address is a random house. Although their website claims that the shipping is handled with a cold chain, it’s not true. They arrived in bubble wrap. I don’t think these are trustworthy.

Hi Jilian, we take feedback like this very seriously, but after reviewing our records, we’re unable to locate any order history associated with your review.
Our team has also reached out requesting additional information so we could properly investigate the concerns raised, but we have not received a response. Without any order details or further information to verify the circumstances described, we’re unfortunately unable to substantiate this as an actual customer experience with our company.
We’re always happy to investigate legitimate concerns and assist customers directly, and we remain available should you choose to provide the requested information at [email protected]!

Verification and Safety Concerns
I don’t recommend ordering from Real Peptides. I ordered “Trinity-X,” which was advertised with a COA, but I received a vial labeled “GLP-3 R” instead. The vial had no batch, lot, or serial number, and customer service told me their vials currently don’t include batch numbers. That made it impossible for me to verify what I actually received.
After raising concerns, I lost access to my account/order history, support stopped responding, and the compliance email on their website bounced back. This was a very concerning unsafe experience, and I would not order from them again.
Edit:
In response to your reply: My refusal to purchase packaging materials and spend time returning a completely unidentifiable chemical does not change the fact that you shipped an unknown powder with no lot or batch number. It was impossible to verify against any COA. I am not trying to "retain merchandise", I am refusing to be further inconvenienced by your mistake. Perhaps in your next reply, you could provide your reasoning for shipping mislabelled substances with zero batch tracking.
Note to future buyers: Please notice that their online COAs do not feature corresponding batch numbers, making quality verification impossible.

Hi Anthony, we’re sorry you came away from this interaction with this impression. We do, however, want to provide some important context regarding what occurred.
After you raised your concerns about the product, our team provided you with a prepaid return label and offered a clear path to have the matter resolved. You were asked to return the product so it could be reviewed appropriately. Rather than returning it, you insisted on receiving a refund while also retaining the product. We’re simply unable to accommodate requests for both the merchandise and a full refund.
The restriction on the account was related to the nature of this dispute and the repeated demands made during the resolution process; it was not an attempt to prevent you from raising legitimate concerns. We stand by our commitment to addressing genuine product and customer-service issues fairly and professionally, and we remain willing to resolve matters through the appropriate return and review process.

SCAM COMPANY!!!!
SCAM COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They delayed shipment of peptides because they said 1 was out of stock, although on their site it says "In Stock". They said I could either wait 1 week, get a refund or buy something in the store. I said I would wait the week, it took longer. I had to pay extra for shipping too. I finally received it after weeks of waiting and that peptide was not in the shipment. I reached out again in email and they said they 'had to be completely honest they were still out of stock'. To me, that is not being honest, I had to reach out. So now they offered the same 3 solutions, I said I wanted my money back for that peptide. They told me they had to send it through PayPal. I did not have PayPal, but opened an account. The following day they sent me an email that 'PayPal rejected their transaction because PayPal said my email was associated with a scam'. I called PayPal and they said this was entirely false, that PayPal has no affiliation with Real Peptides and my account was in perfect standing. I had to forward all the correspondence to a PayPal phishing email so PayPal could investigate the company. I wrote them back stating this and they had they nerve to say 'if you want to escalate this....'. If I want to escalate that I never received the product, that they lied to me throughout the whole process and that they were not refunding me for the missing peptide and send a fraudulent email with some pasted false thing from PayPal. This has been such an ordeal. Save your money. They scam and now I am concerned with the peptides I received, if they are legit.

Hi Sue, we’re sorry this experience was frustrating, but we feel it’s important to provide some context for anyone reading this review.
Our team made repeated attempts to work with you toward a resolution, including offering options for a refund or return. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly difficult, with repeated insults directed at our team despite our efforts to remain professional, positive, and focused on resolving the issue.
We understand being kept waiting for an item that was unavailable is frustrating, and we acknowledge your concerns. However, our team did continue trying to assist and provide available resolution options. The claim that we simply refused to help or intentionally withheld a refund does not accurately reflect our efforts to resolve the situation.
We remain committed to treating customers respectfully and addressing legitimate concerns, but resolving an issue requires cooperation from both sides.

Fake COA and wrong packaging
I ordered KLOW because it was supposed to include KPV, but the vial I received only lists GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157. There is no KPV mentioned anywhere on the label.
I contacted them about it and they sent me a COA, but it clearly shows a different vial. The COA says 50/10/10/10 mg and “Black Cap,” while my vial has a silver cap and says 50/10/10 mg.
How am I supposed to know what is actually inside the vial when neither the label nor the COA matches what I ordered? I do not feel comfortable using it and I would like a proper explanation or a refund.
Response from Real PeptidesSep 10, 2026
Hi Alex, we’re sorry you were left dissatisfied with the product you received. We would have genuinely preferred the opportunity to work with you directly to understand your concerns and find an appropriate resolution.
Unfortunately, our efforts to resolve the matter were complicated by your position that you wanted to retain the product while also receiving a full refund. We’re simply unable to provide both the merchandise and the money back.
We remain committed to addressing legitimate product concerns and finding fair resolutions with our customers, and we would have been happy to assist had you been willing to proceed with the return process.

Response from Real PeptidesSep 10, 2026
Hi Kelly,
We take feedback seriously, but we’re unable to locate any order or customer history associated with your name or this review. Our team also reached out requesting additional information so we could verify the claim and investigate it properly, but we never received a response.
Without any record of a purchase or information allowing us to verify the experience described, we have no basis to substantiate these allegations. It appears this review may have been left by someone who has never purchased from us, is confusing us with another business, or may have another reason for posting it.
We’re always happy to investigate genuine customer concerns, but we believe reviews should accurately reflect an actual experience with the business being reviewed.

Bad Quality Control, Horrible Customer Service. No Accountability.
Do not waste your money with Real Peptides.
I received a completely defective batch of Trinity-X (retatrutide) that immediately turned into a milky, cloudy solution after reconstitution. This wasn't a user error. I provided customer service with clear evidence, including control comparisons showing that the exact same sterile bacteriostatic water reconstituted other compounds without any issues.
Instead of standing behind their product and investigating what was clearly a quality control issue, their support team refused to accept any responsibility. Their explanation was that because I didn't purchase my bacteriostatic water directly from their website, they would not honor a replacement or refund. That makes no sense when the same BAC water performed perfectly with multiple other compounds.
To make matters worse, rather than replacing the defective vial or issuing a refund, they offered me a 40% off coupon to purchase more products. Considering they regularly run 50% off sitewide promotions, this wasn't a meaningful resolution, it felt like an attempt to get me to spend even more money after receiving a faulty product.
A company's reputation isn't measured by how often things go right, it's measured by how they handle problems when they occur. In my experience, Real Peptides failed on both product quality and customer service.
Response from Real PeptidesSep 10, 2026
Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the resolution, but we’d like to clarify an important part of the situation.
The bacteriostatic water used for reconstitution was sourced from a third party and was not purchased through or verified by Real Peptides. Because we could not independently verify its source, quality, storage, or handling, we were unable to establish a reliable chain of custody or determine whether the issue originated with the product itself or the materials used during reconstitution.
While we understand that you performed comparisons using the same water, those comparisons unfortunately cannot establish the quality or integrity of an unverified third-party product. For that reason, our team could not responsibly conclude that the vial itself was defective based solely on the evidence provided.
We did offer a 40% courtesy discount as a goodwill option, but we understand that this was not the resolution you were hoping for. Our intention was never to dismiss your concerns, but to make a decision based on what we could actually verify.
