Glad to have found Realized
I’ve been very pleased with the company’s responsiveness. Their periodic webinars are quite helpful. Having a background as an advisor in institutional real estate, it was pleasing to experience Realized professionalism and sense how keen and able they have been to address any concerns.

Class Act
I could not have had a better experience with my transactions than I did with Sam and his team at Realized. I'm new to this type of transaction and the whole process was very smooth and easy. My questions were answered quickly and clearly and I had no problems. I highly recommend using Realized for your next 1031 exchange.

First time we invested in DST's

Our representative was excellent
Our representative was excellent. There were a lot of questions and he addressed them all thoroughly. We felt well informed and we’re very comfortable with our DST investments.
