The mastermind is top notch. Surrounding myself with like minded investors and culling out ideas and setting a strategy. It’s important to get clear and move forward. Thank you, Sherman.

Had a jammed packed day with fellow VIP Elite RealInvestor members, it was great telling the members what Doreen and I had been doing in our Real estate business since our last mastermind meeting and listening to others share their progress. Looking forward to our next meeting. Bob Rippeon

Kathy Kennebrook gave us an awesome presentation on how her business is run and walked us through her program. It was inspiring and I learned a lot. Looking forward to following her Marketing program. Thank you Kathy for sharing your knowledge looking forward to working with you.

Sherman Ragland hosted a transformative 3-day "Life-Changing Weekend," and it exceeded all my expectations. On the first day, we embarked on a property tour, getting a firsthand look at various residential deals in the DMV area, completed by Sherman and his students. He provided invaluable insights and patiently answered every question we had. The second and third days were spent in the classroom, where we reviewed the properties we had visited and delved into key topics, such as finding FSBO (For Sale By Owner) opportunities, a proven five-step process for raising capital, navigating commercial deals, utilizing AI tools to locate motivated sellers, and so much more. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Sherman for making time in his busy schedule to host this event. His generosity with his knowledge and his genuine desire for everyone to succeed are truly remarkable. His passion for real estate and teaching the right way to "do the thing" is inspiring. Sherman, thank you again for this incredible experience. It has made the journey ahead feel both exciting and worthwhile. For anyone looking to start their real estate journey, I highly recommend reaching out to Sherman Ragland—you won’t be disappointed!

Sherman Ragland is an excellent teacher. He speaks clearly and in ways that are easy to understand for anyone at any level. He is very organized in his approach to teaching. I was especially interested in Sherman's demonstration of using AI to identify acquisition opportunities - in affluent neighborhoods. I wholeheartedly recommend Sherman Ragland, Real Investors, Real Estate Worldwide, and The Boardroom, to others.

The instructor made it easy to relate and understand the course. I think the company is doing a good job on the layout of the courses and information given and how it’s being given, like having the weekly zoom meetings and being able to engage and ask questions.

This was the first ever mastermind I have been to where you’re actually talking about what’s going on in your business and being asked where you need help and getting ANSWERS! It was a fun-learning experience.

Dean Sherman Ragland is a Beacon of Light in the Real Estate Space! The Dean as he's known around the campus, has developed a road map to successfully build a six, seven, eight and nine figure business. That's right, you heard me SAY A NINE FIGURE BUSINESS!! There are very successful pupils that I've met and interacted with that come in as Keynote Speakers to events the Dean provides to the network! We just had our second Realinvestors VIP/Elite Mastermind Meeting and as usual.... Dean Ragland's vision and creativity was in full effect. My partner Nevage Malone already outlined what the group was exposed too and I dare any other so called GURU to put up or shut up with again, the blueprint for each person or Joint Venture team was analyzed, critiqued, challenged and EDIFIED to successfully build and grow our own visions and desires. The how to and not to, do things were priceless. If you don't know...NOW YOU KNOW!
