Thousand percent improvement over legacy 21 day course. Very comprehensive with clear steps for the process. The presentations could have been shorter. I found some antidotes and stories not relevant. I hope that the final modules are edited down. Some of the case studies were hard to hear. Improving the sound on these would be helpful.

This was a great session with content I wouldn't have been able to get anywhere else.

The training was very thorough, detail and more revealing than the initial book write up. There were more detail clarifications given here than what was provided in the written format/book(printing was difficult get through, i.e.small prints). Could be my learning style but enjoyed this live version more. Thank for the revelations / clarification an walk through in a live version. Appreciate the added gestures, videos, formulas and detailed explanations. I am very satisfied with this training. The overall contents were/are great for a newbie, genuine. The speaker [Sherman R.] was very passionate in presenting The 21 Days To Real Estate Riches®️ in 21 days. Thank You Mr Sherman Ragland

This amount of knowledge that Sherman shared in this updated program is incredible. His passion for teaching and his knowledge in the real estate investing industry is unmatched by anyone that I know. All those that take this program, and take it seriously will have a fully functional business with operations procedures by the end of 21 days. You will learn the mechanics and step of the high valued written offer. You will learn how to develop the written offer into a desirable product. In addition you will identify your customers, learn what the customer desires, how to find them, and how to market to them. This class is the one! Sherman hit a homerun.

I would highly recommend this training. I've taken many different real estate investing training and some more $$$ with less content or worth the information provided over this 21 day course. I found the beginning was somewhat slow as I have some experience with the subject, but for those new to wholesaling probably would find it at good pace.

I thank you for teaching me about how to make deals and to make money in real estate however as a teacher just as children you must have some patience with your students. Even though we are all grown ups we still make mistakes so try not to come down so hard on people you never know what is going in their world we all are here to learn

This was not only a great class it was a great learning experience! Great Knowledge and well taught... this class answers those questions we think we can find on YouTube!

This has been a life changing moment. The over all delivery of the lesson has been done at a pace where you were allowed to absorb the material with many examples and illustrations. The message was repeated until everyone had a basic understand and appreciation for the strategy being taught. Sherman is a master teacher and progressive thinker.
